Small resistors for science projects and other electronic repairs. I bought 1.1, and 2.2k ohm to add to my guitar push pull pot to add a little more umph when the coils are split to single. Just look on youtube if you're interested in this mod, it's a pretty easy mod on your push pull pots.

bought them to do an IDM mod on a 7.3 powerstroke. put it this way my truck started it ran for 40 seconds and then ther was a loud popping sound my engine died and smoke started barreling out from my hood. Completley cooked certain parts of the board in under 40 seconds. cost me $400 to replace it after and my truck being down for almost 2 months trying to find parts for a 25 year old truck

Worked for my purposes

I needed one of these resistor's to reset the imaging drum on my printer. It had reached the per-selected # of pages that the manufacturer determined it should fail. A new drum has two resistors. A normal amp one and a low voltage one that must blow to let the printer know that you installed a new unit. My printer believes I installed a brand new imaging drum and its working without a problem.Preset failure should be illegal.
