Ok so I'm on day 5 of using the DA pulling rinse. I was a bit skeptical at first reading through the reviews but what sold me was the no sink clogging factor. Let me back up a bit. I was looking for a temporary solution to fix tasting and smelling my cavity which gave my breath kung-fu like properties. So day 1 of using the DA I experimented on my child first to see if she'd spit it out because I didn't trust it. I know I'm a great parent, but she gave it thumbs up. BTW I did cut it with a peroxide non alcohol mint mouth wash. I only did 30 seconds the first day. It wasn't too bad but my kung-fu properties faded. It's day 5 now and I'm up to 10 minutes of pulling. No more lingering cavity smell or taste, longer fresher breath, and I've been stripped off all my kung-fu belts. The texture is light and very tolerable and I still mix a little mouth wash in. No clogs or residue in my sink or on my teeth as a advertised, no drying out of my lips and it has amazing ingredients. I'm still going to the dentist when it becomes more affordable, because this is not a miracle cure for decay that has already happened to my tooth. But it does help for sure. I'm going to continue using the product if something changes like my teeth fall out or I turn into a vampire I will update you guys before I lure you in to quench my thirst. Remember we're all different what works for me might not work for everyone else. But you never know until you try it and if all else fails try it out on your little kids first like I did.

Not for me! I ordered the mint flavor and can not taste it whatsoever. But then again my toothpaste is mint. So maybe that’s why. Other than that, you’re literally filling your mouth with oil. Ok fine…that’s what oil pulling is right?! Well if you have sensory issues…this may not be right for you. I literally gagged after 5 seconds. Up to you how you want to spend your money. But I definitely won’t buy this product again. Still gave 4 stars to be nice, even though it’s not right for me.

I have gum disease and that’s the reason I got this. Bottle said only 30 seconds. I read about gum disease to help go for 20 min if you can. I was using two times a day sometimes. I kinda stopped using cuz a filling came out. I thought it was because of oil pulling. Dentist said no but after I stopped I noticed my back teeth feeling oily plaque on them that has never happened. My teeth have become whiter. Maybe operator error.

I find this brand of oil pulling works great I like the mint taste as well. I've tried other oil pulling brands, but, this one is better in every way.

I love this oil. I mean I hate the gross feeling of oil but ONE use got so much plaque off my teeth! They even look whiter now! My breath feels minty and I cannot describe how much I love this product. Definitely will purchase again

I got the 16oz cinnamon flavor and it tastes SWEET. It’s disgusting, pulling oil shouldn’t be so sweet, it tastes like it’s got added sugar or something, but there’s no obvious sweetener listed on the package. Instead of leaving my mouth feeling hydrated and moisturized like other brands, this oil is just drying, gives a numb/chapped feeling, and makes my lips itch. I love cinnamon everything, but this is WEIRD. Never had this issue with any other cinnamon product. I wish I’d tried it before pouring it into the bottle and peeling the label off, I’d return it and get my $27 back. I can’t wait til this is gone, tbh. I’ll never order this brand again. Banyan is where it’s at, they’re actually Ayurvedic. This mess is just gross. Don’t do it. Spend the extra $ on a better brand.

This product is on the more expensive side and the company should do better with securely bottling the product. It leaks no matter how much you tighten it. I have used this product for 20 minutes as directed several times. I do notice a reduction in gum bleeding.

I figured I’d try this after I received 3 and 4 readings on areas of my gums at my dental consultation. I’ve always been a 2x per day brusher and floss every night so I was a little surprised myself.I used this oil on an average of 3 to 4 nights a week for 15 to 20 mins. At my cleaning two weeks later, my hygienist was very confused as to why my gums were now 1 and 2’s. I still use this 3ish times per week for 15 to 20 mins and I believe some of my slight receded gums are actually coming back down… which I didn’t expect at all.I’m not sure what kind of voodoo this is, but I’ll just keep doing it if it’s this great for my teeth and gums. I like the flavor of the oil overall, sometimes there is a slight weird aftertaste, but the texture is pretty thin and pleasant. I don’t feel the need to try any other brands. It’s well worth it.

I broke out in red patches of hives down my neck and chest, it was hot to the touch. It scares me so much! With I. Seconds I was watching it climb up my neck to my faceI had ordered two boxes and can not use them.

It's too thick. I've used other oils which are easier to swish. This is just too thick. Don't recommend
