These type of caps help really really well if you’re trying to die or bleach your hair and you don’t want to use any foil I would definitely say go ahead and use these just because the foil is in the inside so I definitely helps

I freaking love these caps. They are so useful. I bought them for deep conditioning but they are so sturdy I found multiple uses for them. Steaming my hair which provides moisture for my scalp and hair strands and a great shower cap.

Elastic makes my head itch like crazy
I can re-use just fine.Use for Olaplex, usually 2 hrs. but I need to secure a compostable produce bag, fr grocery store, secured underneath,the actual cap,Would not repurchase.

Quality is very important.

Foil comes off- not real foil
The foil aspect of this product seems to be painted on, it is not an actual foil cap. Defeats the purpose.

Very tight elastic rubber
The elastic rubber band is very tight (and I have a medium sized head). It is very unpleasant and gives you a headache in several mintutes. May be more suitable for a small head.
