I bought a large number of these to light up centerpieces for a large work event. They are bright and worked wonderfully. It was great not to have to worry about cords. One note is that you do need to load the batteries yourself, so plan on the time needed for the first use if you are using a lot of them. And, you should buy extra batteries, as the batteries that come with the lights are rated to last 8 hours. I swapped them out each day of my 3-day event just in case, so I don;t actually know whether the original batteries would have lasted longer.

You have to pay extra for it, and I've written to the supplier to make sure that I get the right one. I'm only writing this before I get the controller in the hope that it will prevent someone else from making the same mistake that did. I'll finish the review after I receive the controller, which I think is $7.50.

Really basic light with decent white light output. Manual (don't think it works with a remote. A bit clunky. Not rechargeable...have to replace batteries frequently. Older design, does a decent job...

I was worried my vases would slide off the top of the light...the top clear part is actually rubber coated to keep the vases on there! The batteries lasted a long time and the light this gives off is amazing! Excellent product!
