Noisy
It's difficult to explain but I will try. As long as I sat still it worked just fine but when I turned my head more often than not it would produce a loud screeching noise and I would have to adjust it. For me it was more trouble than it was worth.

This works great! It's very comfortable and I kept forgetting I was wearing it. It's smaller and less noticeable than other hearing enhancers. I have auto-immune inner ear disease in just my left ear and I've only lost 50% of my hearing, so I really needed an enhancer that could be set fairly quiet. I tried the New Digital Hearing Amplifier for $90 first because it was cheaper, but I returned it after one day. It was just too loud and I couldn't adjust it to be quieter. I can adjust the Tweak model down to where it's not enhancing at all or make it very loud, and everything in between, which is just what I needed. I'm not often in crowded noisy places, so I don't think I'll need the Focus model - the Basic seems fine for me. The only drawback is that the batteries only last 7 days. Other enhancers have batteries that last six weeks.

Just enough
After having a hearing exam and being told my hearing loss required expensive hearing aids, I tried a sample and was shocked at how false and "tinney" the sound was, I decided to try the Tweak at a much more reasonable price. I only felt a need for assistance in hearing on certain tv shows and with certain people. The tweak is just like the sample hearing aid, but is so easy to use and slip on in any situation. I find one is enough, but may order another if needed. I only use the 2-3 setting at most. They come in a sweet case that can be carried in your bag, and have a right or left ear connection. Like any of the high end hearing aids they aren't noticeable when wearing. Highly recommend!

Amazing product but not quite as good as the Miracle Ear costing over $5000. Now going to buy another for my other ear. No quite sure to stay with this basic or go to the focus for an extra $100. I might add that I have been wearing this devise for over 10 days and I cannot detect it as being there. Also the battery life is quite good.

Quality audio product
After working with an audiologist, with all due diligence, I was an individual they couldn't met my needs. Success vs cost was also my biggest concern. The price these audio instruments were being advertised for actually gave me a tool that works just as needed for a smaller investment. Should thank AARP for bringing this to my attention also.

Great Product, I love it.
A great product at a reasonable price. I use mine daily. In loud places I have to turn it down or off, but other than that, it's great. Has allowed me to stop saying "what did you say". I love it.
