Just activated my new DooGee on the MetroPCS Tmobile network. Full 4G and fast. Easy import of my data from the cloud. Nice display and camera. Rugged and heavy, as I prefer. 2 SIM slots and 1 MicroSD slots. So you can have 2 phones in 1. Comes with a 240v European charge adaptor, so if you are in the USA, a standard MicroUSB charger or cable will work. Has wireless charge capability, haven't tried it yet. Am very happy with my "Storm Trooper" mobile phone!

This company has the worst and most difficult customer support I have ever experienced. It is so bad as to be non-existent. There is no phone contacts or chat etc offered on the manufacturers website. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE OR COMPANY! The Wi-Fi Calling Does Not work, The Blue Tooth has stopped working, The color Red has gone away, The SOS button is badly designed and far too easily activated. I had to turn it off. The Mute and Speaker icons are at the top of the screen where you would place your face thus constantly turning them on while talking. Everything about this phone except for it's rugged appearance is awful.!

It's durable and all. But I cannot find a compatible wireless charger so I have to open the port every time I charge and that's very annoying and inconvenient. I've tried 4 of the best chargers and every single wireless charger says the phone cannot have metal in between the cell and the charger. And this phone is thick metal

Huge pain to set up. No apps drawer for some reason, uses a type of SIM card that was 5 years outdated when the phone came out, so I have to go get a different SIM card from my carrier before my father can even use it, hopefully they still carry MicroSIM cards considering NanoSIM cards have been around for 8 years already.He's been using it for a bit now, and it only gets worse. Simple features like setting a custom sound for a ringtone just straight up don't work. Do not buy this garbage phone.

If I could give it 0, I would. The Sim card reader broke as soon as I tried to put the card in. I didn't get to use it, I sent it back the same day. We bought the ulefone armor 7e from banggood for 100 cheaper than Amazon. It's an amazing phone!

Ordered this phone will not charge wireless. So I ordered a replacement and that one will not charge either. I have several different chargers that I tried this phone on and it just doesn't work. Dissatisfied with the phone for one of its main features not working at all. The camera is okay but not very good for pictures with any movement and not very good in mid to low light applications even in night shot.

It said it was unlocked but when we took it to our phone carrier it was not .They could not get the service on the phones so we had to return them both .

This is a durable good phone I like the style it has and works on almost everything however if you get it for someone who likes to borrow their phone at things do not expect to the screen to last that long.
