My husband uses this for physio purposes to ease pain in his shoulder blades. He says it’s great and by far the best he’s used, beating a tennis ball, cricket ball and dog toy ball.

Good firm ball

This was perfect to get under my shoulder blades to ease an issue with my shoulder. One arm upwards and stood against a wall with the ball under my shoulder blade. I hardly needed to push against the wall to feel the effects. Excellent.

I do think it has helped my golfers elbow. Infact I forget to use it now because I am in less discomfort. However you might be able to find a cheaper solid rubber ball.

Bought to relieve aching shoulder knotted muscle. Within days a success. Colourful hard weighty ball, lovely colour.

Exactly as described

For weeks I've struggled with a knot deep in my hamstring, unable to get to it because of its location. Foam rollers were too wide, and couldn't get in deep enough, and my hands quickly tired, because I was having to pull up against gravity to massage the knot.I've finally been able to get to the knot with the help of this ball, it's been such a relief! Would highly recommend for knots in hard-to-reach places. It's about 6cm in diameter, fits nicely in the palm of your hand. It's solid, but the surface is slightly soft, which is very comfortable for massaging.
