Ordered two different kits, shipped and arrived very promptly, quality components, and sufficient desoldering wick to get the job done.Quickly got a pair of 20 inch 1680x1050 LG and Samsung monitors back to life. The kits saved a lot of time/aggravation ordering small quantity parts from Mouser/Digikey.Basic soldering skills require, wet high temp solder with fresh if it is not melting/wicking well.Most stressful part is snapping off the bezel. Just takes a little time/patience.Symptoms addressed by kit : The LG unit did not power on, no LED, not responsive to on switch. The SAMSUNG had flickering power button LED and back-light, with no display. Monitors from 2006-2007 era, CAPXON and SAMXON brand capacitors failed.
