Perfect fit which was customisable - I am not going to lose these by them falling out.Came with one set batteries and cleaning wire.They aren't programmable so if there is a lot of background noise you get that multiplied as well as whatever it is you want to listen to, BUT if you want to hear the tv in an otherwise quite room these aids are perfect and you don't need to have the tv volume turned up to sonic boom level.It's great being able to hear the little song birds again when out for a walk as well as the indicators in the car !

They work when set right. The settings are very delicate and when putting into and taking out of the ears you get a loud sharp whistling. For the money I think they are good value. I'm not completely deaf but often get blocked ears after swimming or bathing. They do help greatly but they take some getting use to and take time adjusting the settings to your need.

They seemed ok at the start. Couldn't get replacement wax guards to fit though, the hole was too big for standard ones and they fell out (don't want them in your ears). Asked, in questions, where I could get them but no reply. They frequently didn't work, had to turn the volume up and down to get them to do something. The volume was ok but the tone was shrill. After 2 months the flimsy battery holder gave way and I couldn't close it, so it couldn't work. Contacted the seller who didn't want them returning and didn't want to give me a full refund. Put £15 in my account and he/she thought that was it, settled!! I disagreed. Contacted Amazon by chat and eventually made an A-Z claim for a full refund. After many more chats I've received a full refund from Amazon, not the seller. Poor quality items, very poor service from seller. Don't bother.

The good arrived 4 days early which was great. Bought them to help with my left ear which has been imperfect for years but I didn't want to spend £2000. After a bit of fiddling around to get the volume right they made an immediate difference.So far, so good!

There ok ,just that the right one gives a constant buzzing noise ,instead of the short whistle that it should!!!!!

I had got so sick of my over ear hearing aids which have the microphones at the back this caused problems when talking to someone in front of you when there was any noise coming from the back. Also when wearing glasses and nowadays, a mask. I saw these an thought, for the price, I will give them a go. The difference is unbelievable. I can hear so much better. The only quibble I have is that the volume controls need a tiny screwdriver and the tool they provide is not much good. I use a jewellers screwdriver for it which I had anyway so not much of a problem.

Having been offered a hearing aid for £1700 I found this to be better. I hasten to add that this may be due to my particular hearing loss and I did not experiment with many expensive alternatives.
