CHUNSI Chinese Noodles, Dried noodles Beijing Ramen Style 1800g

I am back in the US now, but with Chinese sesame paste, chili oil, pickled vegetables and a bit of black vinegar, these noodles for breakfast bring me back to Chengdu. Same if I choose, instead, dan dan mian for lunch. These are good noodles, 4 lb bags, and a staple in my kitchen now.

No joke, these “dan dan” style noodles cook up in 3 minutes - and they didn’t stick together at all. Good stuff & very versatile. Break out your chopsticks and enjoy.

Good quality dry noodle.

I usually like to top these off with some freshly blanched bok choy and chinese pork or beef chunks in a flavorful sauce. Nice and simple.
