These are fun. For the price, they're an enjoyable addition to a pool session. They're pretty self explanatory to use, and once they're on you can feel your stroke is about 10-15% more powerful. They're especially useful for learning to get the correct arm and hand rotation on strokes like front crawl, as they amplify the resistance so you can really feel when you're doing it right.Take them off and it's amazing how weak and wimpy your stroke feels. In a good way!I like that they're practically transparent so I don't feel like such a swimming nerd wearing them :D

These have to be about he worst purchase I have ever made. The image indicates how useful they may be, however in my case I found them tricky to put on and almost useless. I may well be a strong swimmer and that is why I felt no resistance in use and therefore of no help. These are probably better in terms of taking no room up in your bag, but that is about the only benefit I can think of for them. Have used these now for a month or two.Fiddly to get on and off at first, but you get the hang of it eventually and it becomes more efficient.Use of. Well, I bought these to strengthen my breast stroke technique, and strengthen my arms and shoulders.Yes, it builds up more strength in arms and shoulders but it truly did not increase speed for me as I have found that they were a hinderance for me. For others they may increase speed, but that was not the reason I bought them.So I use them twice a week to build strength and the other three times use my god given hands.Would I recommend- only if you wish them as an aid in your strengthening exercise, but not for speed.

Really recommend these for mermaiding! Makes treading water easier, and look very mer-like.Found them easiest to put on outside of the pool, rather than when you're in the water - took me a good few minutes in the water..!Stayed on well (I have small lady hands!), and didn't inhibit my swimming at all. Only used them once so far, but they seem durable, so time will tell. Can't wait to get back in the pool to use them again!

These paddles / webbing are brilliant. You can really feel a difference in how much effort you need to put in when swimming without them, I can really feel it in my arms & shoulders. So much better than the neoprene paddles I used to have for one simple reason, they don't soak up water & take ages to dry.The guide to size on the picture ment that I got the right size with no issue

They arrived on time. I find they start to come off as I swim even if I hold my fingers splayed out. I will have to have another try. They take a minute or so to fit too, so not good if you feel your in a hurry. They are strong enough though. Wet them before you fir them, they go on much easier that way.

Good swim aids at a good price.They are a little difficult to get on but probably all of these swim mitts are the same. They really do help you to swim more strongly and exercise your arm muscles well.I like that these are more discreet that the solid gloves as they are transparent.

Don't make that much difference in power in the water. .price OK to try them out. ..tip. ..strangely enough. ..they easy to put on and off while hands and it wet. .dry takes forever
