I'll be buying this brand again
So far I've used this flour to make bagels and croissants. The bagels were a little tough because of old yeast but still better than anything I can buy in Virginia. The croissants were absolute perfection with a moist and flaky interior and an exterior that shattered when you bit into it. Texture-wise, they were the best croissants I've ever had and that's comparing it to a bakery that my French grandmother thought had the best croissants she'd ever had. They did beat mine flavor-wise but they do have access to incredibly amazing butter. (It's the Bovine Bakery in Pt Reyes, CA, BTW.)

Makes amazing pizza crust!
We typically use King Arthur High Gluten Flour to make pizza crust. Due to the fact that I could not get King Arthur (back ordered) I chose to give Honeyville Flour a try ordered through Amazon - we loved the crust (flavor and texture) even more than the King Arthur brand pizza crust. You won't be disappointed - Honeyville Flour comes in a bigger bag than King Arthur as well so less reordering.

First timer
This is my first time buying and making pizza from scratch, so I really can't be a fair judge with nothing to compare it to. What I will say that I followed the instructions to the letter. After it sat in the refrigerator overnight it was still too loose/watery. So, I added another 1/2 cup of pizza flour and re-kneeded it and the consistency was much better. I didn't think that was a good first time experience.

Makes Great Pizza Dough
I used this to make a simple pizza dough (flower/salt/water/yeast). It mixed well and started fermenting right away. The dough had excellent texture, structure and, above all, flavor. This is great stuff. I'll order it again over using supermarket flour for pizza dough.

Perfect pizza dough flour!!
Wonderful flour for making homemade dough! Will never use white flour again. If you want a flor that makes near perfect dough the this product is for you. White flour dough tears so easily. Pizza dough made with this flour works/rolls out just the way you need it to.

Not as good for pizza dough as Caputo. Sweet tasting. Less rise. Buying anything in packages not in 1 kilo increments makes math harder.
