I ordered a size 8, and they felt like I was wearing a size 10.Not only were they too big they also had marks on them, and were sticky on the back.I am returning them and buying a size smaller hopefully they turn out better.Update: ITS BEEN NEARLY 3 MONTHS, I SENT THESE BACK AND STILL HAVE NO REFUND.Update 2: got the refund

When i first purchased this item, i wasn't expecting that much of good quality, You know, the cheap shoes that you can buy online that break as soon as you put them on, but when i opened it i was a little surprised. First, the colors are exact as shown, they come with cute lace laces that you have to lace up. I Have worn them so many times and they are still in great shape. Most Sweet Lolita stuff is expensive, but this was cheaper than things that i have seen and it was absolute amazing. Also there isn't that much of breathable air in there, so your feet might get a little sweaty. Overall, would recommend.

Pros: Super cute and surpisingly well made. Theyre not difficult to walk in either, but if youve never worn platforms before it can take a bit to learn to walk without really bending your foot.Cons: Part of the sole is red. Its not much but it's weird on purple shoes.The laces are stretchy. No idea why, but they are.There isn't a tab to keep the tongue from sliding around. My right shoe tongue shifts completely to the left and it's annoying.Theres like no padding. Theres a layer of fur as the insole, but no padding at all. Its not so bad if your used to walking a lot like i am, but they're not the most comfortable shoes.

OMG! These truly are the cutest shoes I've ever bought, so many compliments from others on these shoes. I'd give it a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the size. Again, these are really cute shoes but you just need to be patient with the process because you might end up like me returning them and order again. I am a regular size 9 so I ordered a 9, they fit like a 10/10.5. I returned them for credit and ordered a 8.5, they are still a bit loose but I know if I go with a 8 they would be too tight, I am just going to keep the 8.5 and remind myself walking slowly in these shoes. I really love the design and color, although they are stiff so I don't recommend anyone walking in them for a long time. If you are buying them, I recommend you to buy the ones with Prime option for an easy return and fast shipping.

My daughter loves the boots. She says that they are very comfortable and pretty. The only complaint I have is actually the finish on one of them. I think it needs some work. I will be taking it to have it corrected.

Fits a half size too big. I wouldn't pay $37 again, the quality of these are more on par with a $20 pair of shoes. I feel like I'm wearing costume shoes.

I love the detail of the ribbons and the lace. The show lining was also adorable.

So after wearing these shoes 4 times out the house, just for dinner or grocery shopping in other words not too strenuous....the entire bottom left sole came off. Since this is for my daughter she doesnt care too much but as an adult...I have to say that does disappoint me.
