Yummy! I was surprised to find this wonderful powder for my coffee. It is perfect for our home coffee bar and tastes great. No aftertaste was a big factor in giving it 5 stars. It not only looks beautiful but tastes the same. I am elderly and live with my daughter and her husband. I get up in the middle of the night sometimes to make coffee which helps with my pain. I try to be as quiet as possible and this is a great addition to the coffee bar because it save me from having to go to the fridge for cream. Because it is dehydrated, there is no waste and does not go bad. My whole family loves it and it mixes easily with my hand held electric wisk.

Using an auto stir coffee cup, there is no clumping and it completely dissolves. Taste is great, not sure you can find a better one out there.

Delicious-so far, I’ve only used for coffee. I use a battery powered stirrer, and it blends beautifully. It’s so good to know it’s only cream, and not the collection of chemicals that pass As “creamers” in the grocery stores.I’ll be buying more of this company’s products: milk, oat milk

I live in a very humid environment it's hard to mix powdered anything into anything here because all powders lump up on you.That said, even not following the correct method I found my coffee can sit for 5 minutes and have very few lumps.Taste is mild compared to fresh cream. The consistency is definitely a bit grainy or fluffy a top a cup of coffee regardless of mixing style. The fat rises and isn't super water soluable.Stored ok, it's very humid here. Hard to store powders. Overall I liked it.

I see I've purchased this five times now. It has become a staple in my pantry for when I am too lazy to go to the store for JUST cream, if I don't need anything else. I used to use evaporated milk and thought of this powdered heavy cream as more for "emergency supplies," but one time I used it and then more and more when in similar situations.This powdered product definitely tastes more like cream than evaporated milk, which makes it my go-to now. I use it in my very hot coffee, so I have not had any problems with cold drinks. I wouldn't think it would work well there; should probably pre-melt a small amount and then mix with cold drinks if that is the goal. And I use a "frother" for mixing, so I don't have any clumping problems, either. All in all, a really good product to have on hand, even if too pricey for everyday use.

This is only the second brand of powdered cream I've tried. This one has a far better flavor with no rancid taste. But it still has a bit of an odd taste over regular cream. Also, I didn't know til I tried that you cannot whip it into a true cream; nor can I get all the lumps out when just making a cream. It works in a pinch tho when I run out of half and half.

This is the best tasting Cream powder for me. I took it on my travels around Asia. Being on the Keto diet this was a life saver. Though you get Cream in the supermarkets in Asia , none in the restaurants or Cafes unless it's Starbucks or Tim Horton. Good shelf life , doest dissolve easily as I would like but the taste is amazing.

Great taste and mixed easy. Don’t have to worry about my cream going bad in the fridge before I have a chance to use it all. Added it to potato soup for the win!
