Great idea with some serious flaws
The Amphipod bottle is one of the most comfortable handhelds I've *ever* used. It's easy to disassemble and clean and the valve is soft enough to pull open with your teeth while staying securely closed when it needs to be. The pouch can hold keys or a couple of gels. However as mentioned in other reviews the cap can be fussy and you need some grip strength to get the cap to tighten so that I won't leak. I also think that the strap that goes around the bottom of the bottle doesn't fit it very well and the neoprene sleeve tends to slide around a bit- once in a great while this will push the strap off the bottom of the bottle mid-run. And the flat plastic ring that connects the handle to the top of the bottle is flimsy. The stress of a fall (bound to happen on the trail eventually, and in this case onto a soft surface) caused this piece to stretch and shear. Because the plastic ring is held in by a stitched in nylon loop, there is no fix for this but to replace the entire strap, a total cost of $15.It's a good, ergonomic bottle, but considering the other issues in the future I'll stick with Nathan and Ultimate Direction bottles.

Aside from leaky lid, perfect!
I guess I am one of the unlucky ones that have leaking issues with this water bottle. I tried tightening it differently, not too tight or super tight, and never seems to help. However, when I tilt the bottle a bit when I run so that it stays level, there is little to no leaking. That might annoy some people, but after like a minute I don't even notice.I still gave this four stars because it's otherwise perfect. Pouch is enough to fit in some energy chomps and a key, the sleeve is very comfortable, and the bottle is a perfect size for most of my runs: just enough water to get me through 10 miles in the Florida heat. In fact, this is perfect aside from the leaky lid, which is the only reason why I dinged it one star.

Great for Runners!
I love this product. I run a lot, and I think it is the prefect running water bottle. It's the size of my hand, so it's just enough to wet my whistle on a hot day of running enough for me to finish my 5 mile loop in the middle of summer. In response to those reviewers who said their bottle leaked, if you put the cap on correctly there should be zero issues with leaking. I've used it for over a year and not a single leak!I would recommend this for the runner who needs a little aqua fix in the duration of their run.

This is a good product. It holds a good amount of water
This is a good product. It holds a good amount of water, and the pouch is good for a key and a couple packs of GU. I have noticed when doing higher mileage runs, if I keep it in the same hand the entire time, it's rough on the shoulder. You wouldn't think it, but it is (and I lift 4+ days a week so I'm not just weak). I try to switch hands every 3 or 4 miles and I come out fine.

Perfect water bottle for runners
I love this water bottle. I use it for short runs and long runs. Fits comfortably in my hand and has a handy pocket for snacks or keys. I recommend it to any runner.

perfect size, good storage, keeps ur drink cool; BUT...
Purchased this to help me convert to liquid nutrition for my marathons and ironmans. The size is small enough not to really feel heavy, it fits well in my hand, and its easy to get used to. The small size works well with the coozie too because ur drink stays cold long enough to get to ur next nutrition stop, for me about 45 mins. The pocket is small and can fit 2 maybe 3 Gu gels.ONLY COMPLAINT is the lid leaks. It's a slow leak in the closable nozzle, that gets worse with time. The silicone or rubber valve shrinks and gets loose in the hole, and dosent really close off. Got as bad as i was loosing a good mouthful of fluid, and my shorts, shoes, legs, and hand got wet and sticky. If u se just water then it no prob, but i use nutrition so... but I was lucky enough to hit my local run store and they swapped me new ones but same probs. Lid leaks after about 5 uses. Had 3 lids in a year :( this last one doesn't leak as bad as the others, I don't notice an amount but I know it leaks cuz my hand still gets sticky.Over all I don't mind, it's done it's job well.

Use daily.
Use it daily. Excellent for when have dog leash in one hand and that can be in other. Fits hand well and easy to fill and use. Unfortunately somehow got smallest size --10 oz. Do not recall seeing ounce alternatives. Would definitely get larger. Gave four stars because would love to be able to clip on belt/ waistband when need a free hand.

Fits comfortably on my hand for running
Fits comfortably on my hand for running. BUT, if you plan to carry a cell phone with you it better be an old flip phone. That's the only thing that's going to fit in the zipper pocket. The pocket is 2" wide, 4.5" long and 1" deep. Very, very disappointing. There is absolutely no way a smart phone will fit in the pocket. I would not recommend this product.
