First time trying açai. It tastes sharp and somewhat sour. The powder is clumpy and a bit grainy and doesn’t homogenise well in water but will be fine in thicker drinks like smoothies. I use mine for baking and for making wonderful purple ice lollies with my son

Very high potassium levels
Very very high in potassium which will show on blood tests! Dr's will be concerned as high potassium levels are a sign of kidney disease I had to stop taking mine then go for another blood test to show kidneys were OK. THIS SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR ON THE PACKAGING
