I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. I searched especially for something low in sodium and that allowed him to make small pots of soup whenever he wants it. He is on a low-sodium diet, so this allows him to add only the amount that he wants. He recently made a pot for us to have for dinner one night, and it’s really, really good. I intend to buy more.

I love this veggie soup mix, it tastes like the alphabet soup I used to eat as a kid, but I can control what's in it by adding vegetables and the amount of vegetable broth I want so it's not too salty. Also, it goes a long way because 1 cup of the mix makes a large pot of soup.

High quality dried beans and a very tasty mix. I've made it several times with different variations, vegetables, vegan and vegetarian. The price is great for this product. I buy many Bob's products and they never disappoint. They are well sealed as well and I have never encountered insects/boll weevils which happens often in some grocery store stock.

I really liked the recipe on the back of the package and made my first pot of vegetable soup. My only criticism is that the contents didn't get soft for a long time and used up almost all the liquid. So it was more like vegetable stews than soup. And it was still a little harder than I would normally prefer. That said, it is a healthy soup with a good amount of fiber and the mix makes it easier to put together.

Great dry soup mix. As described. Cooks fast with options to add varied meats, fresh vegetables, or just onions!

This product gives you the dry ingredients chock full of various lentils, split peas, veggie pasta etc. it has a recipe on the label to make a classic veggie soup that is easy to make and absolutely delicious. Great for lunches and freezes very well. Enjoy!

This is delicious soup mix. I have made it twice now. First time was straight veggie made with chicken bone broth. I added fresh potato, carrot, celery, and onion. Today I made an "Italian " version with Italian seasoning and un-cured pepperoni. Delicious! You can literally add any meat you want and the mix adapts. It's so good on cold winter days. Filling and healthy. I plan to always keep it on hand.
