So This is my 3rd day using this and actually I'm very impressed, I'm starting a weight loss and skin journey. But I used these pills I notice it stop my cramps which is great for me and I'm not always as hungry . I'm 5'5 weight 208 lbs I will update .

If you really really want to waste money, please buy this product. I got it and used it for more than a month. It was advertised that the product will reduce appetite and in turn burn your fat and stuff. But it did nothing at all. In fact, i started eating more and gained weight. To me, i consider this a junk and waste of money!

Shipped within a week! I have been taking for 3 days so far and can already see a major change in my appetite. Very happy with the product thus far especially since I paid ½ the cost and got a higher dosage of HCA unlike the product from Drug Emporium. Will be buying again!

If you stick to the instructions & Do some kind of exercise even if it's just walking & eat 3 small meals the pounds will come off I highly recommend this because if you expect to take the pills without doing so you will not see the result as quickly

I'm not so sure if this works or not, I took it for 2 weeks as suggested and I felt hungry constantly. Which for one to want to lose weight is not such a good plan. I will try it again in another month or so to see if maybe it was just my imagination.

I took this product for 2 weeks while working out and eating healthy. My body weight jumped up 10lbs and I was always starving. After I decided to stop the product I was no longer hungry all the time and my weight finally went back to normal.
