Great product. Made my cycle regular again.

I received this supplement as well as NOW folic acid December 3rd and have been taking the two to support my attempt ttc. I started taking it a few days into my menstrual cycle and here we are January 9th with 2 strong positive at home test. I definitely do believe this supported my fertility allowing me to ovulate correctly.

The pills are easy to swallow, there's no flavor, when you burp you don't taste anything disgusting. I think the value for the money is great. Except for, the only thing that I did not like is the picture shows three bottles. If I would have read better, and been more thorough than I normally was then I would have known.I have noticed that it did help kind of regulate my period, and that is why I got it. I noticed that it helps with insulin resistance as I was doing some reading, and that definitely plays a huge role in PCOS. Which I have, by the way. I will continue to order from this company :).

My decision making process/info from the web:I have GAD [General Anxiety Disorder] and Depression, which leaves me feeling down unmotivated to do anything a lot of the time, I started noticing I felt better after drinking NOS and I looked at the label and low and behold it had inositol so I figured this product would be better than chugging energy drinks, so I did some googling, seems like there's no known side effects even looking at reddit users responses the worst being it makes some people sleepy but it was also reported that the effect wears off the more you use it. I'm no medical expert and the product label suggests consulting a dr of course, but so far so good.My Experience:Day 1 the effect was immediate, about 20 mins after taking it I just felt like I did back when I was in my early 20's [I'm 31] I'm 'in my head' less of the time and more room present I feel sharp and alert with a general sense of mindfulness, I usually have social anxiety but I'll find myself talking to people when I feel like it and not wondering why I did talk to someone or didn't talk to someone. To me it really feels like I'm re-experiencing life again and everything feels normal and manageable.And you might be thinking 'is it dangerous to not be worrying, like will I walk in front of a car or do something crazy' but not from my experience, I'd say that my emotions/reactions to things have been relative to the situation. Which is great because compared to other anxiety solutions I've tried there's often a sense of emotions being inhibited which I feel is not healthy to bottle emotions to things.I do find myself getting sleepy in the evenings but that's probably not a bad thing lol and overall I give it two-thumbs up it's made a full 180 for me personally my wife noticed a difference in me and she even started taking it. Again I urge everyone to do their own research or talk to a doctor/someone knowledgeable about it make sure it's right for you. As for myself I'm back to enjoying life again and it feels great.

Tengo periodo irregulares, realmente si funciona al menos para mi, despues de unas semanas… habia leído comentarios de algunas que no les funcionan, decidí comprarlo aún viendo las críticas..Yo las tomé en ayunas, durante unas semanas, cuando veía que empezaba las manchas o algunos pequeños cólicos, dejaba de tomar las pastillas hasta que llegara, como tenías 2 meses sin mi periodo, decidí darle su tiempo, y llego bien.. cuando ya yo estaba totalmente limpia, empecé a tomarlo nuevamente, si funcionan pero recuerden que cada cuerpo es diferente, no todas vamos a reaccionar igual.

Not sure if this is what helped us conceive, but I started taking this supplement along with "CoQ10 with black pepper" & my husband started taking the "Male Fertility" supplement and within one month we were pregnant!! Definitely recommend!!! We are so so happy and truly blessed. Will be trying this again for our second conception attempt!
