actually simplier than it seems.
As a kid i bought one of the original releases of this product. model wise the kit is very good. the one i bought was on sale due to damaged box, but all the parts were there. the scale is roughly what a model gamer would call 6mm or microarmor scale, or somewhere around 1/285th or 1/300th, and mine wound up serving a lot of time as gaming stuff and less as a model. the plastic is fairly durable, though not really up to extensive play, and although it says that glue is required for assembly, most of the parts actually snap together pretty tightly. however if you want your assembled pieces to stay where you put them you will want to glue them down.the kit comes with three AT-AT walkers (one of which is a destroyed one), a large amount of stormtrooper and rebel infantry (although at the small scale involved, the differences are not immediately obvious), as well as several snow speeders, one X-wing, and some defensive turrets. the kit comes with a vacuum-formed snowfield diorama piece, with molded on hanger, power generator, and trenchline, and there are some molded on hills and a rough area where the downed AT-AT goes. all together, you can build pretty much what you see on the box cover, although getting the speeders to look like they are flying might require more skill than the labeling of the box indicates, as there are no stands or parts to enable that effect.
