Great Workout!
I really liked this Zumba fitness program. It was very easy to follow and really makes you work up a sweat. It targets all areas of the body. I would definitely recommend this 1 hour work out DVD. to anyone who wants a quick work out.

I love this workout!!!
I absolutely Love this workout!!! I lost over 60lbs doing it, and I never got bored. It really did sculpt and tone my body; it also prepared me for a higher level of workout!!! Trust me, you won't be disappointed with this purchase!!!
