sinus rinses are gross but this at least makes it neat
I live in the hot, dry, San Joaquin Valley in Central California which means pretty much everyone here has allergies and sinus troubles because we have a lot of particles, pollution, mold, and farm pollution in our air. I've had sinus surgery in 2007 and my ENT suggested to help with allergies and sinus infections that I do nasal rinses; I had not idea what I was in for with them and let me tell you they are gross but they work. The problem was there was no real way to keep the sinus rinse bottle or nettie pot. I found this product last month and now I have this to place my clean nasal rinse bottle or nettie pot on so it can dry properly and internally it holds the packets that NeilMed sells to mix with distilled water which make this functional and convenient. Is it pretty, absolutley not but it work and keep things clean so I love it and am glad they make it. FYI, sometimes NeilMed has better deals on their website (especially for the packets and you can get a larger 16oz size sinus rinse bottle for less than $10) and they are a California based company so if you live in Cali, they ship super fast to us.

Great accessory for NeilMed sinus rinse bottles
Love these bottle dryers. I've been using nasal irrigation for years without a proper way to dry out bottles. I always had to sterilize bottles before using. Now I just dry out on stands before use and don't have to worry about sterilizing. Makes using nasal irrigation easy and safe. It also holds the premix packets so all your supplies are in 1 place.

These are a must
The quality of the product is so-so, it is good enough to do the job. I think a must to store and dry your bottle or pot when not in use. Plus a great and convenient place to store the mixing packets.

and the first time I used the bottle I understood how much better it is if you need to do a lot ...
I've been using a traditional Neti pot for many years, and the first time I used the bottle I understood how much better it is if you need to do a lot of rinsing. Its benefits are:1) It allows you to rinse the nasal passageways under pressure. It's different from the Neti in that you keep it upright instead of tilting, and squeeze to start the flow. By squeezing the bottle instead of pouring, you create gentle pressure which you can regulate with your hand to the desired amount. Squeeze harder for a faster flow, which is helpful when you want to rinse faster or perform a more aggressive treatment. (Please be careful and don't overdo it. By "harder" I mean slightly more pressure than what it takes to get the flow started.2) It has double the volume of the traditional 8oz Neti rinsers. Move volume = more flow = more relief.3) The stand makes for convenient storage keeping the bottle upside down which allows it to dry fully between uses. This is very important! If you don't allow it to dry, bacteria can fester and defeat the purpose of the whole procedure. The downsides are relatively minor, but worth mentioning:1) The water line does not reach the bottom of the bottle and therefore does not allow you to drain the bottle all the way with each use. This is not a big deal but kind of annoying - the last ounce of solution is inaccessible but you just have to try so you end up blowing bubbles up your nose...2) The bottle is plastic, which means your solution, particularly when mixed with warm water, is coming into contact with plastic pieces (obviously). This may not bother you, but some people prefer to avoid this for personal reasons;3) The neck is narrow, so adding the pre-mixed packets or your own salt is kind of a pain. I find it's easiest to pour salt in my palm (wash your hands!) and scoop it with the bottleneck.REMINDER: Always, whenever possible, use previously boiled and chilled water for rinsing the sinuses. It's just safer as it nearly eliminates the possibility of any bacteria or virus surviving inside it. The sinus passageways come darn close to the brain, and there have been isolated cases—though rare—of people getting severe infections as a result of rinsing with bacteria-contaminated city water, some with dire consequences.Lastly, read up on isotonic, hypotonic, and hypertonic solutions if this is your first time using this device. Do NOT attempt to rinse your sinuses with fresh water! You're in for some serious pain! The salt packets or pure salt crystals are a crucial ingredient are not to be overlooked.

Stay organized, rinse daily, and keep your Neilmed system clean!
PURPOSE - Just what I needed! I love my Neilmed nasal irrigation system, as it's helped me keep pesky allergies away for years! I rinse my nasal passages daily, and I needed a clean and elegant solution for keeping my bottle on my counter to dry.QUALITY / EXPERIENCE - The plastic is a bit cheap, but it does the job. The color is a white/beige, I would have preferred a higher quality feel and different colors. What bugs me most is the ugly logo on both sides. I'd pay a premium for a stainless steel, modern looking version of this stand!VALUE - Can't complain here. $6 is very cheap and it does the job.EFFICACY - Works great. I don't use the salt storage, because it's kind of a bother to remove the top whenever I need more salt. The stand fits the Neilmed system perfectly, however, in a relatively compact package.CONCLUSION - It works great, it's cheap, but it's a tad ugly. I'd be willing to pay more for premium materials and no ugly logo.

Perfect
This stand makes drying/storing nasal rinse supplies super convenient. The bottom holds the packs of powder and keeps them dry. The top rings hold your bottle and spout vertically, leaving the bottoms of them hanging free so they can air dry nicely. Great price point too.
