So nice bought it twice!
Originally I bought the 55" back in April 2020. I'm usually a Vizio person when it comes to tvs but I just happened to be at Walmart and they had a 55" Samsung 6 series on sale. I bought it and the pic quality was awesome the speakers were awesome, but I noticed that when when people talked they sounded a little muffled. Although I did the research on it initially and there were more good reviews than bad, this was one of the complaints and I just happened to get a bad one. Took it back to walmart and got my money back then went to Best Buy. The guy suggested that I get a Samsung 7 series because it had really good reviews. I looked at the reviews and I they were mostly positive. Instead of bringing me a 7 he gave me a 8 series for the same price because he did not have the 7 series in stock. Needless to say I would not be on this page giving a review if I would have kept that TV.Finally getting to the point. I took that TV back after doing the research and seeing that the vast majority of the reviews for this TV were excellent. I bought the 55" version from Best Buy and I fell in love with it. Especially the magic remote! The picture was gorgeous and clear and the speakers were pretty good even though a sound bar compliments it. The variety of apps and LG Channels are nice! I also love looking on the web with this TV and the way the remote acts like a mouse. The only thing I was never happy with was the size because it was not a major upgrade from a 48" TV. I did not go bigger initially because I did not want to have to buy a new TV stand. Finally I had enough and listed it for sale on various platforms. It was originally $400 when I bought it last year but I noticed that it was being listed on LG's website and other websites for the mid $400 to upper $400. I listed it for a fair price since it was in excellent condition and was still sort of new and used money to go towards getting the 65" from Amazon. The only reason I bought the same exact TV instead of getting a lower priced LG 65 inch is because I don't think I could be without the magic remote after being so used to it. It's so convenient!Anyway I received it pretty fast. I set my delivery time for the first time in the morning 6a -9a. It was delivered at 7:10 while I was driving home from work. The driver was really nice. He called me to make sure someone would be home and my son said they were really nice. The first thing I did was looked at the outside of the box to make sure it didn't have any damage and the box was flawless. My son and I took it out the box and the TV was also flawless. Not one scratch! It could be because I was one of the first deliveries of the morning and it wasn't riding in the truck all day and being shuffled around. Since I had the 55" first I already knew how to set it up. Even for those that are new to using it the set up of your different streaming accounts is so easy. Now for some reason in my opinion, it seems that the pic on the 55" had a better picture. Even with adjusting the settings I can't get it to compare. Don't get me wrong, it's still a nice picture especially for those who have nothing to compare it to. Overall I'm still happy with this tv and would still recommend it.

Great picture
I saw the 55" version of this (65") in a store and was impressed with the picture compared to all the other TV's on display. Looking it up on Amazon, I found it had Alexa built in (a plus to me) and could work with a Fire Stick, and added it to my "saved for later" cart. When Amazon informed me it had gone on sale, I was concerned about getting one broken in delivery, but it arrived in perfect condition. The remote is very nice in that it has a cursor and you point it at the screen and click, saving a lot of time pushing left, right, up and down buttons. I'm a cable cutter with streaming only, and am used to using Amazon's Fire Stick, so can't say a lot about the smart functions of the TV. Unfortunately the Fire Stick remote has to be used rather than the TV's remote when in use, but the TV remote does raise and lower the volume and turn the TV on and off.The picture is excellent. Maybe even a bit too good, as one sees all the blemishes on actors' faces and notices that scenes are filmed using green screen technology which doesn't always occur with lessor screen definition. Even my SI; who tried to talk me out of upgrading from my 40" TV; is impressed with this set and happy I got it. Also happy it arrived in one piece, which was a concern of his, but I know Amazon backs its products so it wasn't a risk. Excellent value.Downside so far is that we haven't been able to figure out how to get the sound to go to our amplifier in order to use the TV room's built in surround sound system. We're hoping to eventually find a way to do that, so I'm not dinging a star.It wasn't hard to set up on its stand and fits just right on our 58" TV table.

We love our new TV
I've never owned a smart TV until this one so maybe my expectations are lower than some but I love this TV. It replaced a 12 year old 720p plasma TV. The picture is fantastic and it is great for gaming and streaming. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + and others are all installed and easy to set up. The sound is pretty good and we also have it hooked up to a fiber optic sound bar. Listening to HD concerts on YouTube is wonderful. The magic remote that works like a Wii remote - just point at the screen and click - works really well. The price is also great. I was worried about ordering a TV online (I would have gone into a store if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic). Shipping was fast, no damage, set up was super simple. We are on terrible Centurylink DSL but it is able to update itself reasonably quickly when it needs to. All in all really really happy with this purchase.

LG never fails me My 3rd LG Set Crystal Clear 4k picture!
Ok this is my 3rd LG TV... I have a 2016 65 inch 8500UH Which is a premium TV and a 75 inch midrange 2018 and now this 2020 AI I got to say for the price $579 brand new compared to my older lg models were way over close to 2k is amazing how 4k tvs are more affordable and the picture keeps improving....I was scared due to the reviews of broken tvs or bad panels uniformity ect but this has the best panel ny far compared to the 2016 premium lg tv and the webos has improved alot very customizable on this set look at the pictures the quality and color are amazing i always calibrate my tvs very easy to do yourself find your own liking of settings the blacks look great as well as the brights im happy i got a great panel and didn't have to play the panel lottery of returning but look at the pictures and I HIGHLY RECOMEND look at the pictures. Mine was delivered by Amazon Logistics not Ups or fedex or USPS I WONDER WHICH SHIPPING METHOD THE BROKEN TV REVIEWERS GOT STUCK WITH BUT DONT HESITATE TO BUY PICTURE IS AMAZING DO TURN OFF ENERGY SAVING SO IT DOESNT DIM YOUR TV.
