Excellent sound on a reasonable budget.
I am a man of simple tastes. I don't want huge complexity in my sound system, but I do want decent quality sound. As you can see, it's a pretty minimal setup. There's a Rega P1 turntable, an Xbox One used mainly for streaming, and one of these lovely Denon P600s to do the legwork. That's all connected to a pair of Mission bookcase speakers. The sound is the best you're going to get for this money, and certainly better than any combination I've tried before, including some more expensive. I also connect PCs and a phone through Bluetooth for music and that's just as good. I note some people had issues with it, but I never have. In fact I bought this because the Bluetooth receiver in my old Denon DAB head unit packed up, and I've never looked back. The setup is simple and self-explanatory. The turntable can go direct into the unit and it's pretty good, but I boost it with a little generic pre-amp just to give a bit more kick. The digital audio from the Xbox for streaming and occasional gaming is equally excellent. Bass when needed but the dialogue is clear as a bell, something I've not found to be true of all systems designed for music. My only issue is with the remote control which is designed to be used in conjunction with a Denon CD player. I don't have or want a CD player, it's redundant technology now, so the remote has six buttons that I use and 36 that I never touch. Not the worst problem in the world. There are actually six other buttons I never use, but that's because I have so few inputs.

Denon PMA600NE. A quality entry Amp
I was researching looking to buy a new amp and Cd player and kept reading positive reviews from both customers and articles from what hi-fi and other articles on YouTube in regards to the Denon PMA600NE and the Denon DCD-600NE they all spoke of the quality build, the richness of the sound if paired with the correct speakers, the Bluetooth connectivity, being able to switch between analogue and direct sound. I am really impressed with my purchase, I have paired them with Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 speakers and the sound quality is phenomenal the bass tones are rich, has depth, on the warmer side but definitive, and the balance with the mid range and highs is spot on, not bright just well balanced. I have played vinyl, cd's and mp3 and flac from my phone's music player all good sounds. The amp is well suited to my needs.

Very Good Performance At Its Price Point
Bang for buck here! Well worth its price at 369 (discount from 429). Good set of included features, however the main point here is the 'grunt' available that sustains very good tonal performance with no audible distortion as you drive your speakers. I used Mission 778s, Lx5's, Lx2's and some older Kef and Mission 700 (circa late 1970 !) speakers. Had no issues driving them all. Some will ask about bluetooth, well I had no issues, connected fine, but in normal use I don't use bt (is second system for family). Do check it out if in the market at this price point.

Great starting point for building a hifi system
This is my first step into the world of HiFi, so I'm just using it as a Bluetooth system but it's already producing a much richer sound. And it's a base I can build from, so very pleased with this.

Nice Amplifier
Very pleased with this Amp. Sadly, my very old Pioneer A-20, which, although didn’t have a lot of power, sounded amazing on my Monitor Audio Reference Series floor standing speakers and when it went faulty, tried to replace it and couldn’t. This Denon reminds me a lot of the Pioneer, very open sounding, good top, mid and those stunning lows even with bass at flat centre, wow. The difference is, it’s got a lot more grunt to it, than the Pioneer. The only thing I’d criticise is, the volume control could do with being a little more logarithmic at the low end. Fine if operated manually, but makes the remote rather sensitive at low volume. My Marantz in another room is the same, whereas the Pioneer was easier to finely control at low volume. One of the HiFi Review Mags thought it was a little "veiled" in the mid range, but I'd suggest it was the speakers they were using, as it is certainly not the case with my speakers. On mine, it's very open and real (Band sounds as if it's in the room) sounding. Overall, a really good buy.

Excellent sound and build quality
Hi first of I’m really impressed with sound quality and build quality of the denon amplifier and speakers I’m using are mission 727 150 watts at 8 ohms but i can tell you at 45 watts per channel I’m surprised how much power it’s got and this is the first time I’ve had denon equipment biggest bonus is Bluetooth mode and it’s easy to set up and like size of amplifier.

Excellent
This Denon amplifier is pretty good for the money; rated at 45w per channel at 8ohms and 70w per channel for 4ohms it is very unusual to get a four ohms rated integrated amp at this price, it has a phono moving magnet input, preamplifier outputs, sub-woofer output, three RCA lines level input, tape loop, a DAC with one coaxial input and two optical inputs, bass and treble controls, Bluetooth and a 6.3mm headphone jack that sounds fantastic. This Denon feels solid and is cool looking; I connected it to my vintage speakers, Pioneer 3 way CS5070 and I played Fly me to the moon by Diana Krall at a low volume and the sound was warm, smooth and relaxing, then I pumped up the volume halfway, and the sound became holographic, coherent and huge. For a change of pace, I played a few of my favorites songs from Dire Straits, Money for Nothing, Calling Elvis and Sultans of Swings once again when I open the taps I got a sound that was fully communicating and full of energy. The best thing is that I only paid £378 here at Amazon. It is nice to have an amplifier with these great features that sounds smooth and relaxing at low volumes, and when you crank it up, it gives you a live stage performance.
