I am a big fan of silicone bake ware. I have many uses for the flat sheets, but I may use these even more. My first use was to cook bacon in the oven. The results were wonderful, perfectly done. It also does well with link sausage and chicken. Please use as a liner for a pan with at least 1" sides, otherwise there's grease everywhere. And no one but you to clean it up. 🙄 It does drain well and is easy to clean with a good detergent like Dawn or in the dishwasher. I like it enough to give one to my daughter. Bonus: it can be easily cut to fit.

I was excited about using this mat. In the description it stated 2mats so I was surprised when there was only one. Should have know as this as the box was. It was returned!

These are great if you cook a lot of bacon in the oven. That's the only thing we use these for so that the bacon doesn't sit in its own grease. They wash up okay, you need to let them soak a bit to soften up the residual bits of bacon gunk and then you can scrub it all off. Dishwasher safe and we just roll up in a towel and store for the next round of bacon.

I ordered a two-pack and only received a single. Asked for a replacement and received a single again. The inventory sticker says 2 pack, but it is not.Product works as intended, but the price is appropriate for two, not one.
