Postman Pat Drive and Steer Pats Van by Toyland

One of the buttons on the remote has never worked (I think it's for speeding it up or making a noise or something) and the car is a little slow to react to the steering wheel (you have to turn it exaggeratedly). The light on top is either just for show or it has not worked (it does not light up). My 2.5 year old son lost interest in the remote steering wheel on day one and has been pushing it by hand ever since. However it is one of his favourite toys and he loves it. The melody is great, the miowing cat is great and the toy is durable and attractive.

It's a really cool toy. It's good quality and drives really well. Although my nephews too young to actually steer the van with the wheel he still loves playing with it. The only reason I gave four stars and not 5 is because it doesn't play the postman pat theme tune. You only get to hear a few seconds when you switch the van on and thats it. My nephew loves the theme tune and keeps making us switch the van off and on so he can hear those few seconds as theres no function that will allow you to listen to the whole tune. Overall, its a really good purchase and I'm really happy with it.

Bought to put away as a christmas present , when it came to opening it , Im sure this item was used and reboxed to sell ! The screw on the battery compartment was so worn down it was impossible to open!! Would have returned if my son hadnt wanted so badly

Fine as a birthday present

My 2 year old grand daughter simply loves this toy! Although she isnt very proficient at steering it she had great fun crashing the van into the furniture!! However it is easier than other remote control cars that use a joy stick which she doesnt enjoy using as much. Highly recommend.

My postman pat obsessed 2 yr old loves this car. He is definately more interested in pushing the car along himself than using the remote control steering wheel, which the adults in the house have been unable to master. It goes backwards and forwards brilliantly but the turning of the van does not seem to correspond with the turning of the steering wheel. The stickers also came off within minutes, if only they were stuck on as well as the Van was fixed to the packaging!

My grandson enjoys this toy once he got used to it. Probably better for a 3 year old as my Grandson is only 2 and couldn`t quite understand the `steering wheel`
