Very nice shirt but sleeves a little short
I really like this shirt. The material, color, stitching and body fit are good. The only issue is that the sleeves are a little short. I don’t recall having this issue with any other long sleeve t. I use it for working out and it’s fine but I won’t be using to wear as a shirt.

Overall good shirt for working out. Large fits tight over n undershirt and xl is a little bigger then I expected so make sure to double check your size if you buy.

It's just ok
So the 3xl fit like it should. It is just a very thin material, good thing it's being used under another shirt.

I love the Sport-Tek brand.
This brand never disappoints. I'm a female but I could not find this style shirt in the women's clothing so I bought the men's. I'm a tall female with long arms too, so often the sleeves in the women's cut are too short. These are plenty long and just what I wanted. I usually wear a XL in Sport-Tec women's so I bought a Medium men's and it is still very roomy. I think they tend to run slightly on the large size in all of their styles and that's fine with me. I actually ended up buying 5 of these, Lime, Red, Aqua & Purple (which I don't see listed at the moment), and white. I love them all. Definitely recommend!

does the job
I bought three of these for myself and one for my wife. The material is thin and not SPF rated. However, these are ten dollar shirts and a great value. I needed a high-visibility shirt to protect my arms from sunburn while riding my motorcycle in the FL sun, and also bought a green one for when I mow the lawn and a blue one for kayaking. The fluorescent orange color is very loud, just what I wanted to scare the Harley crowd away! They are cool to wear and I am very happy with my purchases. I wouldn't worry about the SPF rating unless you are planning to spend ten hours a day in the tropical sun. It's a shirt, it blocks the sun.
