So good you can grow them
Love dry roasting them in a pan, the aroma is unlike other dried chilis ive had. I got two packs originally and had a ton of seeds, so I sprouted them with the wet paper towel in plastic bag method

We chop in a spice / coffee grinder and r have 'freshly ground hot peppers' for all our dishes!
So much better than store bought chili flakes. Ever since our trip to Italy we got hooked on these flavorful peppers. I freshly grind and store in a jar with large holes in the top. Use this on our pizza, italian dishes and anything we want 'spicy'. Great flavor and heat. Ordered about 6 bags as these are hard to find, and so worth it!

Hot! ...but not dry enough to crush into recipes
This has a nice heat to it, however the peppers are more leathery than dried, so you can cut them up for use, but you can’t crush them into your dish.
