Delighted with this beautiful book. It is laid out in an accessible and creative way to make you think about what you hope to achieve, why and how to get there. I’m quite new to the idea of permaculture but I’m looking for ways to increase our sustainability, be more community and environmentally aware and lighten our footprint. Thoroughly enjoying working through the exercises and dreaming of spring when the real action can begin.

This for me is the perfect guide to adopting the principles of Permaculture design. Through various practical and thought-provoking activities it takes you slowly and - dare I say - mindfully through a process of observing the natural world in order to learn from it and work with it. The language used, the 'hand written' presentation, the questions and pledges all help to create a relationship with the author as teacher. Highly recommended.

If you're new to permaculture or could do with some really helpful worksheets this is a great choice for you.
