i can always count on fast and very helpful support from Ray and Jack ,The remote support has a link on the software making it really easy and the calls are answered or returned promptly.

Since installation of the Silver Bodno software that works directly with the Enduro Magicard printer that I had recently purchased, I've made over 50 company id cards. I was impressed with the compatibility of the software and printer and also, that the instructions were easy to follow, and still have more to learn!

Very easy to use software for producing ID Cards. I use it to print all of my employee cards and they come out great!

AWESOME PRODUCT AND SERVICE

The Bodno ID program is extremely easy to use and works great with my Zebra ZXP Series 3 printer.It is easy to use and pretty straight forward. I was able to simply put the software onto the computer and use it straight away without reading the manual.I also was having a problem with my Zebra card printer itself and I found the support team to be very helpful with a quick response sending me the right direction.

My community recently purchased the Bodno ID software a gold version first and then upgraded to Platinum version thinking that the MS Access 2016 or 2019 version works, but it did not work. Called and wrote email to the support but they have made me to work with the older version of MS Access 2003 where there are other issues popped up and the support is not that helpful as I expected to. Bodno has made a clear misrepresentation of information to the customer making them buy the Bodno software by giving false information in the product features. They have clearly mentioned that MS Access works with the Bodno software but it did not work.

We got this for the office and use it to print a particular kind of ID card, for this one event we hold every year.And yeah it's exactly what you want.And the software is easy to use, terrific for storing the records of your cards so you don't lose any information after you print.You need to print ID cards, this is the machine to get.

Work in an office that uses Bodno. Experienced printing issues after an upgrade. Tech support was patient and able to resolve my issue.
