Very happy
I love my water filter.I bought it for health reasons, but couldn't say better things about how it tastes.I reviewed my city's annual water quality report, which showed some things in the general water supply that could have potentially made me sick (not to say that they were actually in my water, since I never tested it).Great taste, theoretically healthier =) though it did require a call to a plumber to install since my existing water feed lines were copper and not flexible enough to attach to the included fixtures (the copper tube was replaced with a plastic-like substance, possibly plastic!).I've since stopped buying bottled water and carry a reusable glass bottle in my bag with me wherever I go. My water consumption has at least doubled, which seems to have helped my skin look better.Between the cost of the unit itself and the plumber, it was pretty pricey, but in the long run I believe, worth it for me.For the first week or so, the water that came out of the faucet was cloudy, which I learned was just air bubbles, I turned down the flow rate for the filter and the cloudy water cleared up.Awesome seller, I received the item before the estimated ship date. Thank you.

The gold standard for under the counter water filters using the carbon block method is the Amway filter. However, Amway has priced itself out of my range with their latest model -- they are no longer making filters for the model I have been happily using for 20 years. The latest Amway model costs over $1,000. So the MultiPure is a compromises for me. So far the water has tasted good. However, I find the rounded bottom of the filter housing which requires a mount that must be screwed into the wall of the undercounter cabinet a drawback. I would be able to give a better evaluation of this product after, say, six months of use if Amazon were not pestering me to rate it right after purchase.

multi-pure undercounter
This is a well designed system and was relatively easy to install under the sink. The only hassle to far was that I needed to carefully use plumber's tape and tighten the fitting to the unit more than I expected to keep it from leaking slowly. The water tasted better than tap and Brita in a blind taste test and no chlorine smell anymore. The flow rate is great and the chrome faucet is decent looking and does not leak.

The Best at a great price
MultiPure is such a great product. I had a counter top version for many years and when I had my kitchen remodeled I decided to avoid the counter top clutter and get a unit for under the sink. My contractor installed it without issue. The price from this seller is great. Only thing to note is that it's not entirely clear that you can choose your water spout finish with this seller. The amazon page makes it look like the above sink faucet only comes in shiny chrome, but if you call the seller you can have them swap it out for one of several other finishes as part of this kit. I, unfortunately, didn't know that until after I ordered an extra faucet part directly from MultiPure for $70. Oh well. Still happy with my very clean and tasty water.

Top notch water filter
I've only got the taste to go by so far, but it's fabulous. And we're very discerning. We've had other under counter filters before that we thought were good but this one is much better. First, because it's a big unit the filter needs replacing less often and the flow rate is excellent. Next it was the only one we could find that says it supports a split delivery to the ice maker and water spout in the refrigerator. Plus, as I said before, it tastes great - so much better than the Brita we've used for a few months since moving to this house.

This is the best feature ever in our kitchen remodeling
I bought this filter because of the good reviews from the previous buyers. I installed the filter, and had the filted water tested at eCosway, the water quality is super, free from chlorine, the PH value is 7 or higher (it turns light blue) which is good for health. And it is so convenient to get the drinking water whenever you need.

Best purchase I have ever made
I live in San Francisco. You would think that the water here would be some of the cleanest in the US. WRONG. The municipal water here tastes like I am gulping from a chlorinated swimming pool. The municipal water supply has been tested for carrying cancer-causing contaminants called total trihalomethanes, or TTHMs, which are by-products of the heavy use of chlorine for disinfection of its tap water. San Francisco is one of the only US cities with such high TTHM's in its water supply. One of the only ways to get rid of these toxins is through a carbon filter. I bought the Cbvocsb by multipure, paid my contractor $250 to install, and voilla! Our water tastes clean and delicious.Expensive? I suppose. But not as expensive as cancer.I paid $365 from bestfilters. They have a coupon code on their web site.

The best tasting water ever!
This is the absolute smartest, most cost-effective, environmentally sound way to drink and prep food with delicious, pure, toxin-free water. Bottled water is ecological insanity and tap water is suspect even in the best of cases because municipalities don't test for many dangerous contaminants such as hormones or prescription drugs that get into the water supply via urine. And even if your city tests well against the standard toxins, anything can happen in the pipes between them and you.Filtering at the faucet is the ONLY way to go! I purchased the "counter-top" model and love it so much (I would have gone with this model, but that wasn't the solution for me at the time, still, the product and filtering capabilities are the same so I thought I'd post a review here) The water tastes fantastic! I can't believe I didn't do this years ago! The $60 filter cartridge (1 included) needs to be replaced every 750 gallons, or about 12-18 months. I absolutely love this product! My mom bought this model and is having it installed next week.
