Bonomo Strawberry Turkish Taffy 24ct 36oz

I loved Turkish Taffy as a kid and was heart broken when Bonomos stopped making it and was exstatic when they started making it again! The texture and flavor are even better than I remembered! I found it on an online candy sight and ordered right away without thinking about cost. The second time I checked and found that Online Candy on Amazon had the lowest price. Over ten dollars a box less then the first company I bought from!!

The taffy had melted and reformed. It was stuck to the paper inside the wrapper. I put it in the freezer to see if it would help, but no it didn't. The taffy tasted stale and the flavor was different. I would not buy again or recommend. Cannot return so out $$.

Great taffy

I think the folks who give this product a bad review are remembering their childhood experience, when the taste and texture was new and exciting. Then they grew up and their tastes matured. Now, it seems like the taffy isn't as good as they recall, when in fact it's the same.

I grew up loving this taffy. I bought they four main flavors that were sold back in the 50's. So disappointed. It tastes nothing like it did back then. I remember it being so creamy, soft and chewy. What I received didn't taste any different than laffy taffy. So disappointed, I bought four boxes full, and spent over $100.00. I had told my grandchildren but this taffy, they were so excited to try it. They weren't impressed.

I haven't seen or had these in over 45 years. Missed them and when I saw them here I was sold. Still just as good as aways. They haven't changed them one bit,well except for the price.I believe they were 10 cents back in the 60's. Brings back childhood memories.YuMMy!!
