Very good.
All round, an excellent vacuum cleaner. It does the job well and is easily manageable and manoeuvrable, though some lighter, cable free machines are easier to use on stairs. It was easy to assemble and is easy to use and empty. Altogether, I am very pleased with it.

Not as Described!
Why is this company still allowed to sell this product on Amazon? - I purchased this vacuum over a year ago and sent it straight back, the reasons are as follows:- The picture shows a brand new, blue, Animal 2 Total Clean, (It's also described as this) - Well, it's NOT! It's NOT new, it's NOT blue, and it's NOT an Animal 2 Total Clean, instead, it's second hand, grey and purple, and god knows what model it is! How can a company be allowed to sell something this way? Further more, the description does not apply to the vacuum supplied - It is NOT self adjusting, it does NOT come with extra tools in a storage bag, cord length is NOT 35ft and it does NOT include a 5 year warranty! Surely it is criminal to sell goods this way! Although I sent it straight back, I had to pay postage costs. I am now disgusted to see that Mr Dyson are still advertising this vacuum on Amazon over year after I sent mine back. Shame on you Amazon!

Not Impressed After A Year
I have had one of these for a little over a year and we have long hair cats, when we got it at first things were fine but after a few months things went down hill. The suction seemed to lessen and 6 months in my partner gave up on it completely and informed me she was taking my work Henry vacuum which is 20 years old as it is better at picking up the cat hair.I have used the Dyson in the intervening months discovered a few things like parts becoming faulty.The small roller attachmentstopped working because of pet hair wrapping around the roller which can be removed but also wrapped around the internal mechanism which cannot be cleared.Wide HeadThis works ok but for a better word the small brush pad at the rear on the bottom was attached by what looked like double sided tape so that’s pulled off which effects how well it picks upSo ending I would say look else where for a vacuum while not terrible it’s quite heavy has issues and is not cheap.I want my faithful old Henry back😫

Brilliant vacuum but the rubbish bin keeps falling off as your using it

Used - No tools/instructions/box provided!
I was expecting the item to match the product description. Instead I've ended up with a used, marked and dirty item which arrived in a plastic bag with none of the advertised "six additional tools"!

UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!! Did not realise it was refurbished, not clear at all in the description, does not pick up, parts are so old, such a waste of money…How can they keep getting away with it????
