Moo glue is awesome
Excellent meat binder. Have had issue forming bison/buffalo patties that stay together while cooking, meat has low fat content. This additive has resolved the issue. Is tolerated well on low-histamine diet.

a bazillion times more than I'll ever use
I have used this twice and it actually works! I bonded slices of beef, chicken, lamb, and pork into a Frankensteak and that is exactly what I got! THEN I used it making a honking big mortadella and badda bing badda bang, like, dude! It sliced Sooo clean! My only thought is... you get a LOT for the price so be prepared to use it, coz if you follow the directions, it works...

The product works well!
I think this is an excellent product when used as I use it, to fuse large pieces of meat products together . I do not believe in bonding small scraps of meat to form a "steak" I personally think it is unethical but that's just my view! It will do a great job of taking two cuts of meat to form a roast, or even a high quality steak for broiling.

First time user - works great for rolling deboned turkey
I like to smoke whole, deboned, brined turkeys around the holidays. Normally, there's the struggle to roll & tie into a consistent thickness. After smoking, the slices fall apart for a messy presentation. The Moo Glue solves both issues.Yes, this works equally well with post-brine meat! Rolled into skin-on roast w/plastic wrap & Moo Glue, chilled overnight, and roast held its shape for tying. Sliced perfectly!

Moo Glue is just the greatest brand-name ever.
Really happy with the product. I mean, it's just Activa, but the ability to get it and not spend $110 on a kilo of it is huge. Great for the professional chef working out of a home kitchen.

Need to mix with water
You have to activate it with water 1st. You need about 3-4 times the weight in water. Keep mixing it until it turns into a honey like gel (not too cloudy and frothing).Product is okay but why doesn't it come with any instructions? They have to be some sort of recipe or instructions or people will keep getting it wrong. -1 Star for lack of instructions.

Worked as advertised
Have only tested it once - sous vide steak.Worked perfectly - victim (ah, I mean dinner guest) was unaware she was eating a 'jig saw' steak.
