As I approach the menopausal years, insomnia has become more and more of a problem. I have no trouble falling asleep, but I often wake in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. This supplement was recommended by a doctor of functional medicine. Depending on the time of the month, I take one or two capsules. It usually keeps me asleep all night. I haven't noticed any side effects. I have been using them for over a year. I highly recommend this item.

Doesn't work. Waste of money
I had optimistic hopes for this product but it does not work at all! AND worse it's not returnable. I just wasted $60. Don't do it..

Not a full nights sleep
Unfortunately I have to say this is not working well for me. Maybe it will work for others. It does not help me sleep through the night I have been waking up between 3 to 5 hours after I take it and I am taking the correct dose

Best Sleep Aid Yet!
Dosage is 4 but only requires 1 tablet and no "hungover" tired feeling in the morning! Love this product!
