EVALUATING CUSHIONS: You can roughly measure you cushion density by measuring your cushion height with no one sitting on it, and then measure again while sitting on it. Notice how much it compresses. 20-40% is average and you can probably use the Moderate. 40-80% will probably need the Severe Sag insert. And yes, there are weight guidelines as well.
