I use this cream to help with jerking legs at night. I think it helps, but not sure.

I have tried pain relief for my hip and leg for 20 years, just different things all the time. my friend bought this jar for me and it doesn't take away all the pain, but nothing will. for the most part it's working pretty good, I only use it at night to help me sleep. it's a bit pricey but i'll pay it since it does somewhat work for me better than other creams. I actually think these products work differently on each individual person, you'll just have to try it.

This product helps relieve most of the pain in my knee legs and hip due to arthritis, meniscus problem with my legs, also helps with my restless leg syndrome. Non-greasy, smells OK, works great!

Provided some needed pain relief but some pain remained. Was difficult for me to administer to back of thighs. I would purchase again.

Have only used once but husband said it did help with his back pain.
