The long-awaited product, these resistance bands can be used for doing many exercises on different parts of the body. I can do the excises when watching TV at home. The bands are light so very easy to carry, and I can do fitness anytime anywhere. The parcel also comes with graphic instructions. The colour of the ropes is different for different weight. It is an excellent product. I will come here to buy others if necessary.

the bands are very cool! I applied them as soon as I received, very easy to use. There are five bands with different elasticities, can be used for many purposes such as ballet leaps and arm muscles. Appropriate for daily exercise.
