Really pleased - a smart looking rucksack / backpack. The laptop section is a good size and feels secure with the elasticated strap. There are also useful compartments in the main section and the front pocket. The charging port that you can access externally has an integral cable on the inside of the rucksack, which does get in the way a little - would be great to have some way of securing this rather than it hanging loose. It's comfortable on my shoulders and seems like good value for money.

I've had this bag for a little over two years now and it has more than earned its keep.At this price point with daily use for commuting you might expect issues to arise after maybe a year, dragging it in and out of trains, tubes, car boots, airline overhead lockers etc takes a toll and wear and tear is expected... but this bag barely has a scratch!All of the pockets and dividers are well designed and have protected my laptop and other work gear perfectly. You'll be amazed how much you can fit in here and comfortably carry. I use both external bottle pockets every day to carry a 1l Sig waterbottle and 500ml thermal cup for coffee, and both pockets and elasticated retention straps are still as good as the day the bag arrived.Particular features I love are the sturdy foam filled carry handle on top, which really makes switching from backpack to effectively holdall carrying style so comfortable and easy. I used to have a laptop bag and it was never this versatile.Also love the external USB port and have used it several times to connect a powerbank to my phone whilst on the move, I.e. phone stays in pocket and cable runs to bag on back, nice and easy, keeps device charged without you having to have a brick ensconced about your person whilst marching.One star has been removed as one of the main zippers did start unravelling from the bottom, for a few weeks, which was frustrating but the other zipper worked fine so it was manageable. Eventually I pushed the broken one down into the end point as far as it would go and it reseated itself, so all back to normal and good as new again. I wouldn't hesitate to give five stars if I hadn't had this small issue, but I can assure any potential buyer that even taking into consideration this minor issue it is a sound purchase and you won't be disappointed.

Great backpack with excellent quality! It has multiple compartments inside and two separate zipped areas at the front. My favourite features are the sunglasses tab holder on the strap, the USB port (though the power bank isn’t included), and the back zipped pocket that keeps your valuables secure—perfect for travel or public places. Definitely a good choice for convenience and security!

This laptop backpack is really great and strong plus there's charger wires 3 different sorts of ports. You have to buy battery charger it depends how big you get for it we brought the biggest gbs you want it's hasn't been charged since we brought it yet you can charger anything you want. But the backpack is amazing I would recommend it to everyone

I bought this for my Husband to use for work. He loves it. It has places for everything to go. Lightweight but very strong too. His laptop slots in perfectly.

i have only ever had second hand backpacks. either from my brother or a charity shop.my only requirement i wanted was it is big enough to fit all the crap i carry with me most days and a place to put my badgesi mainly picked this one because it looked nice and has a flat front to put them on. the bag is good quality and the padding in the back is nice on my back. i really like the different pockets and that they all have their own little use. i can carry my laptop, a5 notebook, first aid kit, my work stuff (paramedic so stethoscope, tiny notebook and pocketbook), chargers, lunch and my spare glasses without it making me look like a turtle.only thing i would note, is the side pockets don’t cater to bigger bottles but they fit a normal metal bottle just fine. not a bad thing at all, just something i found out when i tried to put my big bottle in the side.

This bag was a good bag and was able to fit a good amount of stuff in it I used it for school and ordered it on the 11th of February and now on the 16th of October the same year this is one of the holes that is now in the bag the areas around the zip have broken in many places despite seemingly stong when I bought it. Due to the holes anf rips this bag is now unable to be used for the purpose of what I originally bought it for.I think if you need a bag to take a few bits anf pieces in every now anf again it is a good bag but not for everyday use and I was certainly disappointed with the damage especially for the money it costs and so i would say tha value for money isnt as i would like it to be. The comfort of this product is good and easy to use and is reasonably comfortable and functional but overall I will not be buying this product again to use for what I originally bought ot for
