interesting product
First, I would to acknowledge the timely arrival of this product. Liftmode is on top of their game when it comes to getting their product in the hands of their customers. This aspect alone will have me coming back to shop with this company. Second, the quality of the Sunifiram appeared to be Grade A, the coloration was consistent and the smell was not unbearable. Third, the product is strong , so I would start with lowest dose possible. It is best mix with a water, I tried it without water and a headache soon followed. Beware of tolerance being established with constant usage; I would use only for serious task that require physical activity. Finally, overall this product is unlike any I have tried, I would not mix this with and other racetam because it strong enough on its own. The only issue I have encountered with this product is finding the right dose, but that's a problem I can definitely live with.

Multiple reports of persistent headaches
As you must already know, sunifiram is an AMPAR (AMPA receptor) drug. It also works on NMDAR (NMDA receptors). As such, it is not cleanly selective for AMPAR, as would have been desirable for an ampakine. While sunifiram is taken in about a 1-2 mg dose, taken up to twice daily, it can be a cognitive enhancer, but within days it stops being a stimulant at these doses. One is then inclined to increase doses to levels that are untested even in animals, to the tune of 15 mg or even higher. While doing this is also reported to be safe when done in isolation, the unfortunate problem is that sunifiram does not really stack well with other stimulants, especially when you also add other potentiators such as noopept to the mix. Stacking it as such with other strong stimulants can cause neurotoxicity or worse, as it indeed did for me.==TOXICITY INTERACTION REPORT==What I am about to say is extremely inconvenient for the enthusiastic reader, but if you have made up your mind already as to the safety of sunifiram, you can skip the remainder of this review and proceed with reckless self-experimentation with untested chemicals in the same spirit as I had.I had been taking various combinations of armodafinil (prescribed), modafinil (also prescribed), phenylpiracetam (OTC), and noopept (OTC) for a long time now, without any issue whatsoever. One day I added 6 mg sunifiram in divided doses to this mix, after having increased it from 1 mg over a week or two. This immediately caused intermittent pressure plus pain, rated 0-5 out of 10, in my temples that has not even reduced after a week. Moreover, I cannot tolerate any stimulants now, not even a cup of coffee, or the pain increases quite a bit.My hypothesis is one of continued glutamate excitotoxicity due to NMDA receptor over-sensitization. I suspect this as an action of sunifiram combined with the glutamate expressing action of modafinil. No amount of analgesic anti-inflammatory painkillers, whether oral or injected, have made the slightest difference. Exercise helps but so far only temporarily. Note that there was no other change in my activities leading up to the incident. Two other people have contacted me to report the same persistent side effects. One took ~30mg and the other only ~4mg. In light of this data, I strongly suggest taking no more than 2mg at most twice daily, for at most 3 days, and not combining it with any racetams, other potentiators (e.g. noopept), ampakines, NMDAR based LTP agents, or stimulants.

works ok.
I got this because the peracitam was gone. This stuff works. To me it doesn't enhance my memory recall or verbal intelligence as much as peracitam but does work well for instances when Im tired or have brain fog and feel like reading or I need to concentrate for an extended amount of time. Doesn't last more then a couple hours but thats ok with me as usually thats as much as I'll generally need the extra push for. Did cause headaches and a mild since of pressure in my head at first but adjusted after awhile. As mentioned by others very potent as far as dose size just a little bit works and with alot of things like this less is better. Unless you like headaches. Might order in the future might not. I do need to get some peracitam and coline. Might look into other racitams and nootropics as I have ADD and my new doctor doesn't want to prescribe me concerta anymore.

Was not that effective!
I thought it would work a lot better than it did. Maybe I did not use enough at one time. I used the little blue spoon 4-5 spoonfuls under my tongue. Thought it would have worked better. Maybe pill form maybe better or should I be taking it along with something else?

Interesting Substance
I decided to give Sunifiram a whirl after researching everything I could. Found the effects mostly in line with what I read. 10mg taken sublingually, effects are evident in minutes. It's definitely stimulating, but without feeling "forced" like a typical stimulant like Caffeine. Instead of forcing you awake, making you jittery or anxious, it seems to just "put more in the tank" when it comes to mental capacity, allowing you to draw on that energy to think and function clearer, for longer. (When it's time to sleep, I do not notice any issues with it keeping me awake, either.)It has interesting effects on your perception of music, and appears to subtly improve motor skills, which makes it a really nice compliment for practicing or performing on a musical instrument. Can't say for sure yet if practicing/performing is any "better" but it is more enjoyable. The effects were quite obvious the first couple of times, but some of the more obvious effects seemed to taper off with repeated use, suggesting there may be some sort of tolerance. So I'll be keeping this one in my arsenal for an extra boost when the occasion calls for it, rather than use it as a regular staple in a daily stack. As usual, LiftMode ships quickly, nicely packaged, with chemical analysis documentation and measuring scoop to estimate dosages (and while the scoop holds you over in a pinch because this particular material seems to have a wide therapeutic range, I'd suggest an accurate milligram scale to anyone who wishes to try these materials in the most responsible manner possible.)

Two Stars
Wasn't worth the money. I noticed no cognitive change at all. Plain old piracetam is more effective.
