This radio gave my truck the look I was hoping to receive. This radio was able to do something that many of the other after market radio failed to accomplish. When reversing the Guide lines adjust as you turn the steering wheel. Great job

This was by far the worst head unit that I have ever bought. First off on install, there are no instructions telling you what wires to use or not. As other reviews have stated the fit is not right. When reinstalling the trim panel you basically have to shoehorn it over this unit and you end up letting the panel stick up at one side or the other.The next problem I had (still no solution) is I have no sound/power to my rear speakers. I have tried getting help via messaging through amazon and their whatsapp customer service text line. They don't know or don't care enough to fix the problem. This is still an unresolved issue.The second problem that they did fix was the radio app crashed. It took about 2-3 weeks but they finally emailed me an update file. I had to download it on my computer, transfer it to a usb flash drive, remove my dash again, install the flash drive into the back of the unit and update the unit. Huge pain in the ass for a $750+ unit that was less than a few months old at the time.Third issue which is more annoying than anything, they claim the steering wheel controls should remain functional. This is kind of true. The steering wheel volume kind of adjusts the volume, but separate from the volume on the unit causing the volume to erratically jump around when using the wheel buttons.Also the clock does not stay set correctly. It constantly and randomly jumps ahead and back an hour or two here and there.This unit is supposed to be the "fast load" version. I am worried because it is taking longer and longer for it to start up lately. A few times it hasn't even turned on. I had to turn off the truck and turn it back on in order for the head unit to start up.I have only had this for 6 months now and I really hate the thing. Still no rear sound. Bugs left and right and honestly the operating system isn't really user friendly for a car radio. For over $750 I expected a pretty decent product. The only good thing about this is it looks cool. Other than that, the quality, function and customer service is extremely poor.

The vertical screen definitely brings a more modern look to your aging vehicle.The screen doesn't fit perfectly in the opening, but it doesn't distract or comprise the unit's functionality. Doesn't come with great instructions, so you need to be someone knowledgeable and confident in your skills.Easy install and the unit works well. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to update the android os. The unit uses an older version of the playstore and Android. Android auto is buggy and doesn't work well with my Samsung Z Fold 3. I tried side loading applications such as Netflix and Disney plus since these applications are not available in the playstore. I would also like the option to change the car on the screen.Overall, I am pleased with the headunit and after purchasing an additional wiring harness, I was able to retain my overhead second row screen and have the video playing on the front and overhead screen at the same time.I am actively working on using the factory car microphone instead of the aftermarket microphone, so including that with the wiring harness would be a plus.

Shipping was fast, seller was communicative. Videos on YouTube helped with the install. You will need an additional plug for rear entertainment sold on Amazon (Metra GMRSAV). Product is great. You can hook up to Bluetooth, Wifi, internet browser, Google playstore, has 2 USB cables for external connections. Overall very satisfied with purchase.

The seller was good but the product was not

I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV and was in need of an upgrade! This was perfect! However, the instructions were a little confusing but I personally was able to figure it out by myself! I had to purchase another adapter for the rear entertainment and worked perfectly as well… the only issue is, streaming movies only worked on one of my monitors and I have two back there! I Don’t know how to make both rear screens work. If anyone knows, please let me know! Other than that, sound quality is good, picture quality is great! Hopefully to have this working for a long time.

BESIDES WASTING HOURS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT SETTINGS ON THIS DUE TO BROKEN ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS OVERALL PRODUCT IS GARBAGE. WILL BE RETURNING AND BUYING FROM A REPUTABLE BRAND SUCH AS ALPINE OR PIONEER OR JVC ETC THAT PROVIDES ACTUAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALL. CAR AUDIO AND VIDEO IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. BUT WITH THIS RADIO YOU WILL NEED TO SELL YOUR SOUL TO GET IT TO WORK. 0 STARS IF I COULD LEAVE IT.
