I used a more expensive water sealer on the first sections of my drive. Then I found this and it seemed to have good reviews. So I went with it.Such a big difference from the first and this. This discolored my concrete in some areas and it is not sealed well at all. It looks terrible. Only reason I was kind enough to give it three stars is ease of use.

I use it on my unpainted dock and deck, water beads up.

Other wise it's so far 'okay'....It doesn't bead but does pool differently, seems maybe also to dry faster. Stormed the day after I applied it to lower deck which is exactly half of my entire deck. There is a substantial difference in the way the water lays on lower treated deck vs the upper lever untreated part. I can't say it will last ten years but.....a lot cheaper even if it needs redone once a year. Easy to spray on also, very quick. I saturated two sections, both with top rails and vertical railing along with four sets of steps.Two small sets, two large sets. Upper level is easily 10x20 ft. Lower is 15x15 and two bottles of 32oz concentrate, which made ten gallons total is what I used.Will add an update at end of summer.
