A flour that actually rises to the Hype!
This is the first gluten free flour that actually rises! I was able to make bread and foods that always ended up like dough rocks with previous flours. This one made my bread all poofy and soft even though it had a nice crunchy crust! I’m buying it for all my gluten-free friends next! Honestly can’t recommend enough.

Makes great GF bread in my breadmaker.333g flour. 275 ml water +1 tbsp sugar,1 tsp salt and 30 ml olive oil.

Makes really good gluten free pizza dough and hard to tell the difference between normal pizza doughIt’s a little awkward to use as there’s no gluten to bind it together but you get better the more you use itI would recommend to search YouTube for tutorials it also makes very good gluten free bread

Brilliant, our daughter is gluten and dairy free, so glad that I invested in this wonderful flour, a little expensive but does make 2 loaves of bread.

Where have you been all my coeliac life?
Photos of pizza uncooked and cooked and one for the wrongun who wanted ham n pineapple!This flour makes exceptionally good pizza.So good that my wheat eating family adore pizza made with Caputo gluten free flour which means only one set of pizza making equipment is used for everyone.I had gluten free pizza in Italy donkeys years ago and it was so good I had to ask three times if it was definitely gluten free. It was and apparently the secret was ‘deglutenised wheat flour’I came back to Blighty and searched like BillyO for some but had no joy.Now I’ve tried this flour for pizza I’m thinking this was it!!For a good simple recipe the Ooni gluten free pizza recipe is a real winner.It works exceptionally well in my Ninja pizza oven too!If I can ever stop making pizza I’ll be trying this out for a horseradish cobbler and some baking too.If it’s possible to amend this review I’ll report back.My only complaint is it’s crazy expensive for a bag of flour, which puts it more into the ‘treat’ category than the everyday use category. Heyho.
