This flour is top quality! :)I am a regular home-baker of bread, so before the lockdown kicked in (as a child of hurricanes growing up, and knowing people would be panic buying), I bought a few extra normal bags in my weekly shop (including freezable yeast) and got 16kg bags of plain, self-raising, and white/wholemeal bread flour and bought some vacuum storage barrels to store them in.It has really kept us going, as my husband has had to shield during the last 5 months, and that means only home deliveries of available items and if bread isn't one of them, I can easily make a variety of breads until the next shop.

Reasonably priced given the apparent national shortage of flour for the public market. One year use by date and am getting excellent baking results.

Super fast delivery. Original delivery date indicated a 10 day delivery timeline but it actually arrived in a couple of days! Amazing. The outer box it arrived was extremely battered and not really intended to hold such a heavy item, but it didn’t effect the bag inside which was fine. I shared the bag with other ladies in our village as we were all struggling to get bread flour so it was a good solution to address our needs. The flour has a use by date of April 2020.

Excellent and fast service.I generally make bread every day and have found it is the best way to buy bread flour at a reasonable price especially given the current difficulties we face with access to bread flour etc. We have purchased a dry goods drum for storage so are set up for a nuclear war now.
