Got this to dispense hand soap in the bathroom. Works great so far. Foaming action makes your soap go much farther than a simple soap dispenser. The smiley face led that lights up when you use it is a nice touch. All in all very satisfied. Did not see the negatives posted by other reviewers.

This soap dispenser is really nice. It took a while to figure out the measuring of liquid soap vs water until I figured it's 20% to 80%. It is so convenient (no touch) just like they say, and I found myself saving so much on soap because it lasts over 2 weeks for 2 adults. When our grandson comes over, he loves using it so we know he's staying clean. He loves the smiling face when it's used. The price can't be beat too.

This is an update. After purchasing this one, I purchased 3 more. The problem is consistent with each. The tiny tube that runs from the soap to the top of the dispenser is always separating. If anyone has a fix for this, please give a shoutout. Thanks. (11/01/2020) I like the style and color (blue). I'm not impressed with the quality. It's a bit flimsy. It works well so far but it gets very limited use in it's current location. The soap tank is a little tricky to attach to the dispenser and once on it, doesn't fit snugly. The design could be so much better with a couple of tweeks. Overall, it is weighted enough with the soap that it is not prone to tip or fall. The touchless mechanism is sensitive so it works well and dispenses the right amount of soap. Soap produced through this dispenser is smooth, creamy, and the very best. I mean, it feels great. There are better made dispensers but not for a comparable price.

I bought 2 of them for the guest and kids bathrooms. It works great! It was easy to set up, just to put 3 AA batteries and put form soap in the container. (Those were not included.) It gives perfect amount of soap each time and does not leave mess on the sink. My family loves this product!

I purchased this 6 weeks ago (two weeks outside the return window, of course) and it seemed to be working just fine. Just 3 days ago, the soap began dispensing all on its own. No one nearby. I thought I heard it, and at first assumed it my son playing around with it. I yelled out and told him to stop and he was all the way upstairs! I went to the bathroom and found it was just pumping out soap all on its own. No ghosts or spirits around either... I wiped the part where the soap comes out and it seemed to fix the issue... so I thought... The next day, it happened again! GRRR!!! Thankfully I was home both times and was able to stop it. Next time I might not be so lucky and likely it will just use up all the soap and drain the batteries!!! Oh well... I'd hate to throw it away so I guess this will go into my personal bathroom and I'll just have to shut it off and turn it on each time. Let's hope that fixes the issue... Giving 2 Stars for the fact the soap dispenses nicely and a decent amount comes out. Minus 4 stars for wasting my soap!!! (Equals 1 star)

I bought two of these and was going to use one for soap and one for hand sanitizer. The description lists it's compatible with most liquids, even lotion so I was hopeful. It works perfectly with foaming soap and love it for that. Hand sanitizer not so much. I used GermX, which is pretty watery to begin with. It was having a hard time. So I added come rubbing alcohol to it, at least as much as I could fit in it before it was full. It worked better but it's still pretty sad. I'll change the ratio a little when the reservoir gets lower and see how it works. So foaming soap it's perfect. Anything else, I'd find something else to try.

I bought this product for the bathroom in my studio. I wanted a touchless option for my clients and myself ( I am a makeup artist and microblading tech). It was extremely easy to put together, the touch sensor works everytime I use it! The only thing I noticed that was not in the description of the product was that you either need to use foaming soap to fill it up OR regular soap with 2/3 water. The suction works beautifully when using these options. Regular liquid soap will get stuck otherwise. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and I will definitely be recommending this product to other industry professionals or anyone who needs a touchless option.

I have tried a few different models of this same type of form factor that are mostly made in China. In other ones I bought, the soap was able to get into battery compartment and make the product stop working. Once you dried it out, it would work again, but terrible design choice obviously. However this product does not have that issue as the batteries are in the back completely separate from any liquid soap! And who doesnt LOVE a smiley face light up as it dispenses the soap....
