I’ve been putting off wearing this bikini for a year now because I felt like it fit kind of wide. I bought these to help keep my bikini top in place while giving me a bit more volume, and they actually worked. I went kayaking in the ocean and lightly swam with these and they stayed in place. I did not place them within the bikini, I had them resting at the bottom of my bikini top against my skin.I would definitely recommend these!

I always had an issue with swimwear smashing me down and having me look less shapely. I used to have cloth inserts but they had to be washed and started to flatten out. I got these with the hopes that I could just rinse these off and they would still keep their shape, and that is so true. They fit nicely into all different bikini top shapes and look super natural. I would definitely recommend!

I wore this once for a few hours and they stuck to my skin and felt like ripping when I removed them. Also they gave me some type of skin irritation/burn that itches! For the record I do not have sensitive skin and have never had this type of reaction before with other products. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Was harassed multiple times by seller to give a false positive review with promises to give money back don't trust positive reviews!These inserts do not fit into a bathing suit and I got a blister when I wore them due to the pulling of the silicone on my skin. If you have a pocket in your bra to go into then they will possibly work but without one they are uncomfortable and fall out. When worn with a bra it is hot and sweaty uncomfortable.

They are definitely not meant to slip into the bathing suit top, they go right on your boobs (keep them low). They worked great! Not adhesive but I used them in water and they did not slip off. I didn't think they felt hot either in the warm weather. Overall it was a great buy.

Too heavy. I bought them to put on my bathing suit but they’re extremely heavy. I will keep them in case one day I wear a dress or a blouse that accentuate my cleavage, but my intention was to use them on my bathing suit tops and they don’t work.

Adds about a cup size and isn't obvious that your using them. I wear a a/b depending on the brand and style and always have padded bras this was a easy way to not have no boobs for getting in the pool for my daughters swim lessons. They dry pretty fast as welll

It does not adhere in anyway to my body in my swim suit. Did not do what I had hoped. Disappointed
