I was pleased with this item initially but i have ow found out it is not the advertised product as it doesn’t play m4a files and THERE IS NO MOTION SENSOR!!!! I contacted the seller asking assistance to locate the motion sensor and all I received was “ can’t you just turn the sensor on using instructions “!!! It is thoroughly insulting. There is no instructions in the user guide and the settings doesn’t mention motion sensor. Appalling service Not happy but can’t be bothered to return so it will be donated to charity. Will not buy from this seller again

The media could not be loaded.  Great gift for my other half.Clever motion detection system build in, which makes it very efficient.Takes in all different types of memory sd cards and USB memory sticks.It also plays nicely a music , quite impressive speaker quality for such device.Remote control responsive and compact.Display led system wide angle so visible even with side angle.Display quality very clear and bright. Opens all types of picture files and even mp3 format.Have a look my video to see sound quality and real size. Hope this will be helpful to decide if item suitable for personal needs or not.

I bought this photo frame to offer it as gift to my parents' 50th marriage anniversary. They were so excited! I've helped them to add photos of them together. The device is so smart! It detects motion and the screen turns on automatically, and switches off if it hasn't detected motion for a while! The picture quality is so good. I like that the remote it comes with, has magnetic layer and my parents keep it handy on the fridge. It would have been excellent if it came with SD card included. Otherwise, it's worth every penny.

Work well and looks ok but screen looks a little old school graphic wise but I suppose you get what you pay for. Good value for price. Remote looks on the cheap side too

I liked the ease of use, large clear pictures and true colours also the extra options. I use this product for my photography as I have many pictures.

Frame works perfect but there's a rattling noise coming from inside it hen moved....
