Miraculous for hypertrophic scarers
I have brown skin and my scars turn very dark, and I am hypertrophic so my scars are thick and raised. If you use this 2x per day on fresh scars (make sure wounds are not open) you will see wonders. I have 2 knee replacement scars that are 10 and 12 months old but look 15+ years old. It takes me that long and more for a scar to start to fade and flatten. I have scars 10 years old that are still horrible; I so wish I'd had this product back then. I haven't had a noticeable change in my old scars but I also have not been consistent with applying the product to them. Now that I see how awesome my knee surgery scars are, I am going to start on the old scars regularly.

PS suggested for my toddler
surgeon of my child told us to use BioCorneum Plus for a year and after a year my baby scars are barely noticeable. I love the larger size because it lasts a long time. Another plus is a little goes a long way. The BioCorneum does take a few minutes to dry, but worth the wait. the product is great and we greatly appreciate the results.

The only scar cream my PS recommends, but he’s also like “meh”
This is pricier than I’d like, but this is a great value Vs. What it sells for at his office. I use it for mastectomy scars. Hard to say if it makes a huge difference, but my doc said this is the only scar cream on the market with FDA approval, so take that for what it is. All but one of my scars is fading pretty well, but that one had to be re-opening two additional times, but I think they all feel smoother than if I didn’t use them. The SPF is nice too (though for the scars I’m using them for it’s a non-issue).

Excellent product. I had a couple of surgeries in ...
Excellent product. I had a couple of surgeries in the past year: Breast reduction and arm tendinitis. It is a magic cream that starts making your scar flat and flat, so you don't notice it so much. My surgeon recommended me to use it, as the #1 and only good dermatologist cream that really works. The beauty of this product is that with just a tiny little bit is enough for you to robber on the scar. My doctor told me, that to put too much it's a waist of the cream. You only need to put a very small amount, and robber it along the scar and you are done. It should dry in two minutes. If it doesn't it means you did put too much, so next time do it right. lol!! But being serious it is the way it works.

Cream doesn’t dry
Edit: Seller reached out to work with me so I can be satisfied. Very nice and polite. However, their only solution is that I may be using too much and I can watch their Application Video Tutorial. 🙄 I assured them that I’m using very little and have zero problem with my other brand of scar cream. They ignored my suggestion for a replacement or refund. However, they did clarify that their product ONLY comes in gel. No cream. I stand corrected. However, I received a white cream that doesn’t dry. It is not a gel (I’ll add a photo later.) Perhaps I received a bad batch but unfortunately I purchased the large size and it’s too expensive to risk buying it again. I got the cream version. Honestly, I have no idea if this will help with scars because when I’ve used it, it doesn’t dry. It’s impossible to use because it remains tacky and you can’t put clothes on. Literally, 90 minutes after putting it on and rubbing it in, it’s still tacky. My surgeon gave me Skinmedica Scar Recovery Gel and it dries within a minute and you can dress and go about your day as normal. Perhaps the Biocorneum Gel version is better, but I don’t recommend the cream.

Best scar cream ever.
After a major face surgery due to basil cell cancer my dermatologist gave this to me. When I ran out I googled it and purchased this through Amazon. It’s not cheap. I started using it elsewhere. I have thin skin and every nick to my legs I end up with a scar. If you apply this twice daily to any area you will not get a scar and he heals in twice the time. Unbelievable stuff.

I used this every day on a nasty surgical scar that ran right across the front of my neck. Five months later I have a narrow white line where that jagged ugly red scar ran and I don’t feel as self conscious any more. The sun screen in it seems to work effectively all day even in got sunny climates.
