Works great for making jams.
I live this puree very much. I wouldn't exactly call is a puree because it isn't very thick. More like a thickened juice IMO. But the flavor is great. I use this for making jams and it works wonderfully. I have a passion for passion fruit so this is a good alternative for me. I use to use the purees from Napa Valley but the shipping was about 75.00 and each container of puree was about 30.00. This product may not be a thick as Napa Valley but the taste is the same IMO and it works just as well in making jams.

Flavor great, low sugar; too (?) big
I will buy this again. Just wish it came in several small packs. Supposed to use it within a week or two after opening (as I recall), so I had to pour it into a muffin tin for tiny 1oz (volume) muffins and freeze it. I then set the muffin tin (for an instant) on a cookie sheet filled with water to loosen the "muffins" and drop them into a ziplock for freezing. This worked OK because cocktails with fruit juices often call for 1oz increments of juice, so I pull one of the little chunks out of the freezer for a drink.

Doesn’t taste like strawberry. Actually kind of gagged on it.
Disappointed -Strawberry purée does not taste like strawberries. I wonder what the full ingredient list actually is . Had purchased passionfruit purée before and liked it.

OK but I like "Real" brand better
I got both this and the "Real" brand lychee syrup and I'm torn. The "Real" seems sweeter and faker tasting, not fake in a gross shampoo-like way just one dimensional like lychee candy. This one is more multifaceted so at first I thought it was better but one of the facets is that slightly off, fermented taste you get when you eat lychees that didn't have the stems left on, so the germs got in the stem hole, know what I mean? Not exactly rotten but well, not exactly NOT rotten. I noticed that aspect of the flavor was more pronounced with fizz like when I added this to plain soda water, which is the main way I drink it. And as for the other ways I like fruit syrup, in iced jasmine or black tea or just with tap water and vodka, the simpler, sweeter taste of the Real stands up to the other flavors better than this does. I'd need to use twice as much of this than of the other to taste it over tea or vodka! Just in plain tap water this may have an edge due to tasting more realistic and interesting. Allegedly both are made with real fruit so I'm not sure why they taste so different. Maybe the Real is boiled down to make it more concentrated and that changes the flavors, or maybe both vary depending on the current crop. At any rate they are both nice enough. Good way to get my lychee fix the 50 weeks a year they're not in the store (I can't stand the canned ones, they taste like can- at least these syrups don't have any weird taste like that). But considering this is more costly, and it takes more of it to flavor a drink, and it's less tasty, I will be sticking with Real.

This is the real deal
Passion fruit is one of my absolute favorite flavors, but the fruits themselves are hard to come by where I live, so I went looking for a puree that tastes as close to the real thing as possible without being highly sweetened. This is it. Other passion fruit purees and syrups give off a gentle reminder of the fruit, but lack the sharp tartness and intensely tropical flavor of the real thing. Funkin, on the other hand, gets pretty dang close—I would say it's about 90% as good as the pulp from a freshly opened passion fruit, but much cheaper per ounce. (It takes an astonishing amount of fruits to get even just a cup of pulp!)I use it mostly in cocktails, where the passion fruit flavor really shines—blend equal parts puree and sugar by weight to create a syrup, then use that in your favorite tiki drink or in place of simple syrup in other recipes—but I have also used it to make various desserts, and it holds up fantastically in every application. Unlike many other tropical flavors like guava, it does not seem to lose much flavor with heat, which makes it very versatile. I would absolutely recommend it!A note about shelf life: This is obviously a very large amount (1kg), so I recommend opening it with a plan for how you're going to use it. The container suggests using it within 8 days of opening. Personally, I found that to be rather conservative; I had one open for 2 months, and almost a whole month went by before I started noticing a deterioration of flavor—and even then, it never spoiled! Just be sure to squeeze the air out before closing after every use.

Passion fruit is delicious and works perfectly for tropical drinks
The passion fruit puree is perfect for tropical drinks that call for it. (For recipes that call for passion fruit syrup, it has to be mixed 1:1 with simple syrup, which is easy enough.) It's pretty expensive in the states, but lasts quite a while (refrigerated), as passion fruit is a very strong flavor. The strawberry puree is fine. It tastes like strawberries, if not necessarily like amazing ultra-ripe midsummer strawberries. The blackberry puree is very thick, which speaks well to how much blackberry is in it, but makes it kind of difficult to work with. It makes a mean blackberry lemonade, though. I look forward to trying other flavors.

Fantastic - just like fresh squeezed limes
This lime juice is fantastic! It is just like fresh-squeezed limes and is perfect for making cocktails, drinks, and smoothies. The juice is made from 100% real lime juice and contains no additives, preservatives, or sweeteners. One thing to keep in mind is that once you open it, you have to use it before it goes off. However, you can simply freeze the juice in small cubes and have ice-cold lime juice to pop in your drink whenever you need it. This way, you don’t waste the product before it spoils. Overall, I would give this product a 10/10 rating.
