This was the best experience with Asurion. The claim was simple to do, the return box came the next day, and my computer was fixed and returned sooner than expected, within about 3 days. All of this was done with communication from Asurion at each stage so I knew what was happening. Grateful to have my computer back and working again. Well done and thanks!

One day, I opened up my Lenovo laptop and just doing that nearly broke the display side off the brackets where it was pretty much hanging on one side ( (sounds like a common problem with Lenovo in general, not just this model). After filling out the online form they sent a box to ship. I got daily updates texted to me of the progress. The whole process took about a week from filling out the form to getting my computer back in repaired shape. The laptop (which I'm now writing this review on) seems much tighter and sturdier even from when I bought it.

It was so easy to return and quickly got our product back to us!

Feel safe with this 2 year coverage

The screen cracked on this laptop. I contacted Asurion to have it replaced or repaired. I was instructed to return the laptop for repair. A box was shipped via UPS, which UPS lost. I contacted Asurion again to let them know I had not received the box. The chat person was as far from being helpful as anyone could be. I was told that I needed to track down the box. It was all my responsibility even though UPS said the sender needed to file the claim. After much frustration and my time the person said they would send a second box. Here we are over a week later and still no box. I contacted them again and was told that the second box was shipped but that there is no tracking number and that there would not be one since it was a box coming to me. WRONG! UPS always has a tracking number. I highly doubt that they box was ever sent. So here we are with a THIRD box being sent out but the chat person just disappeared and the conversation was ended due to inactivity. The question of the day is will Asurion honor their side of the protection plan or did I just was the money I paid for it. Stay tuned as it may take another month before I have a final resolution.

My teenager seems to not understand that laptops can't get wet. 3x total over 3 years. Assurian is so worth the price. They gave me clear directions, sent the packaging fast and alerted me within 2 days they had it started. As soon as they realized it was fried they have me the $ back in an Amazon gift card so I could buy another one. (Yes, it's the last time I'm buying him one. 😂)

My son dropped something on his laptop and shattered the screen. Asurion made it simple to return the broken laptop for repair. Once they received it they discovered it couldn't be fixed and sent us a gift certificate for the full amount we had paid almost 2 years earlier. With that amount we were able to purchase another laptop that was even nicer than the original for our son. I will always purchase this insurance for electronics from now on. Especially for teens or kids!
